Ինչո՞ւ մինչ այս պահը Փաշինյանն ապացույցներ չի ներկայացրել այս մեղադրանքի վերաբերյալ. ՌԴ առաջին կարգի պետական խորհրդական
POLITICS«Փաշինյանի արտահայտությունները ստվեր են գցում ՀՀ ողջ բանակի վրա»,- այս մասին 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է ՌԴ առաջին կարգի պետական խորհրդական, ռուսական «Ռեգնում» լրատվական գործակալության գլխավոր խմբագիր Մոդեստ Կոլերովը՝ անդրադառնալով ռուսական «Իսկանդեր» հրթիռային համակարգերի արդյունավետության վերաբերյալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աղմկահարույց մեկնաբանություններին:
Նա նշել է, որ Փաշինյանի սադրիչ, կոնֆլիկտային, ոչ կոմպետենտ հայտարարությունները ծանր վնաս են հասցնում Հայաստան պետության նկատմամբ Ռուսաստանի վստահությանը:
Ըստ Կոլերովի՝ քանի դեռ նա իշխանության ղեկին է, հանդես է գալու նոր նմանատիպ հայտարարություններով, դա Փաշինյանի ոճն է: Բացի դա, Կոլերովն ասել է, որ Փաշինյանի արտահայտությունները ստվեր են գցում ՀՀ ողջ բանակի վրա, որովհետև մի կողմից կարելի է ասել, որ ռուսները վատ հրթիռներ են տրամադրել, բայց չէ՞ որ նրանք այդ վատ հրթիռները մատակարարել են ոչ 3 տարի առաջ, այլ շատ ավելի վաղ:
«Բայց եթե նույնիսկ դրանք անպետք էին, նշանակում է, որ երեքուկես տարի Հայաստանում չգտնվեց գեթ մեկ անձ, ով դրանք ստուգեր, ով սովորեր աշխատել դրանց վրա, դա ի՞նչ բանակ է, չկա՞ տեխնիկապես կիրթ մեկը: Ենթադրենք, Ռուսաստանը վատ հրթիռներ է մատակարարել, որտե՞ղ է ապացույցը, որ ակտ է կազմվել, ստուգումներ են արվել: Երբ գալիս է անորակ ապրանք, ստացող կողմը ակտ է կազմում, առաջարկում փոխել, իսկ ո՞ւր էր Փաշինյանն այս երեք տարիների ընթացքում, ինչո՞ւ չէր պահանջում փոխարինում, եթե Ռուսաստանը վատն էր մատակարարել: Այստեղ կա նաև այլ կողմ՝ իսկ գուցե հայ զինվորները չե՞ն կարողանում կրակել կամ օգտագործել այն, գուցե նրանք չե՞ն կարողանում օգտվել դրանից: Չէ՞ որ սա չափազանց ծանր մեղադրանք է բանակի հասցեին:
Երեկ եղավ ՌԴ ՊՆ պարզաբանումը, որ «Իսկանդեր» Ղարաբաղում չի օգտագործվել, ինչը Փաշինյանի պնդումը վերածեց դեմոնստրատիվ ստի: Ինչո՞ւ մինչ այս պահը Փաշինյանն ապացույցներ չի ներկայացրել այս մեղադրանքի վերաբերյալ: Որևէ պարզաբանում կամ հստակեցում դեռ չի հնչել այս կապակցությամբ: Ես այն կարծիքին եմ, որ այս ոճով շարունակելու է նաև հետագայում»,- ասել է Կոլերովը:
