Աթենքն Անկարային խնդրել է Ստամբուլի Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարին վերադարձնել թանգարանի կարգավիճակը

Հունաստանը մի շարք միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ Թուրքիային խնդրում է թանգարանի նախկին կարգավիճակը վերադարձնել Ստամբուլի Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարին`բյուզանդական ճարտարապետական հուշարձան, որն Անկարայն անցած տարի վերածել էր մզկիթի: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Հունաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Նիկոս Դենդիասը՝ ելույթ ունենալով ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի 46-րդ նստաշրջանի բարձր մակարդակի հատվածում, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:

Դենդիասը ասել է, որ Հունաստանի համար հատկապես կարևոր է մշակութային իրավունքների լիարժեք իրականացման և մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման հարցը:

«Բոլոր պետությունները պարտավոր են, անկախ իրենց քաղաքական, տնտեսական, մշակութային համակարգերից, զերծ մնալ մշակութային հուշարձանների կարգավիճակը փոխելուց: Համապատասխան համայնքների նախնական համաձայնությունը և բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի նախնական տեղեկացվածությունը, ներառյալ ՄԱԿ-ի համապատասխան մարմինները, ինչպիսիք են ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն, անփոխարինելի նախապայման է: Ես նկատի ունեմ, մասնավորապես, Սուրբ Սոֆիայի հուշարձանի վերածումը մզկիթի, որը հակասում է մշակութային ժառանգության նկատմամբ հարգանքի ցանկացած հասկացության: Մենք բոլոր մյուս հաստատությունների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ խնդրում ենք նրանց, ովքեր դա արել են, վերադարձնել այս հուշարձանին իր նախկին կարգավիճակը»,-ընդգծել է Հունաստանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Թուրքիայի պետական խորհուրդը (բարձրագույն վարչական դատարան) չեղյալ է հայտարարել Ստամբուլի Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարը թանգարան դարձնելու մասին 1934 թվականի որոշումը: Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը դրանից հետո հրամանագիր է ստորագրել տաճարը մզկիթի վերածելու մասին։

Սուրբ Սոֆիայի պատմությունը սկսվում է հռոմեացի կայսր Կոստանդիանոս Ա Մեծի օրոք: Նա է 324 թվականին հիմնել Կոստանդնուպոլիսը որպես կայսրության մայրաքաղաք: 326-ին Կոստանդիանոսը մայրաքաղաքում կառուցել է առաջին եկեղեցին Սուրբ Սոֆիայի անունով՝ Կոստանդնուպոլսի Օգոստոսյան հրապարակում: Սկզբնական շրջանում այն կոչվում էր Մեծ եկեղեցի, քանի որ չափերով գերազանցում էր Կոստանդնուպոլսի իր ժամանակակից մյուս եկեղեցիներին: Իսկ Սուրբ Սոֆիա անվանումը կառույցին տրվել է ավելի ուշ: Տաճարն առաջին անգամ հրդեհվել է 404 թվականին՝ ժողովրդական ապստամբության ժամանակ: 532 թվականին Թեոդոսիոսի վերակառուցած տաճարը կրկին կործանվել է հրդեհի պատճառով: Հրդեհից քառասուն օր անց Բյուզանդիայի կայսր Հուստինիանոս Ա-ն պատվիրել է դարձյալ վերակառուցել Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարը, վերակառուցումը տևել է 532-537 թթ.:

1453թ.-ին Բյուզանդական կայսրության անկումից հետո տաճարը վերածվել է մզկիթի: 1935թ.-ին Թուրքիայի կառավարության որոշմամբ, որը ստորագրվել է ժամանակակից թուրքական պետության հիմնադիր Քեմալ Աթաթուրքի կողմից, տաճարը դարձել է թանգարան, կառույցի պատերը մաքրվել են որմնանկարներից և խճանկարներից: 1985թ.-ին տաճարն ընդգրկվել է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի Համաշխարհային ժառանգության ցանկում:
