ECONOMICSՉինաստանը լիակատար հաղթանակ է տարել աղքատության դեմ պայքարում. վերջին 8 տարվա ընթացքում գրեթե 100 միլիոն մարդ կարողացել է վեր բարձրանալ աղքատության շեմից: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՉԺՀ ղեկավար Սի Ծինփինը, գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունը:
«Չինաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցության և չինացի ժողովրդի համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ մենք լիակատար հաղթանակ ենք տարել աղքատության դեմ պայքարում», - ասել է Սի Ծինփինը աղքատության դեմ պայքարում Չինաստանի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ հանդիպման ժամանակ:
Նա նշել է, որ վերջին 8 տարվա ընթացքում 98,99 միլիոն գյուղական բնակիչ հաղթահարել է աղքատությունը, 832 վարչական շրջան և 128 հազար գյուղ հանվել են աղքատ տարածքների ցուցակից:
1970-ականների վերջին բարեփոխումների և բացման քաղաքականության սկզբից ի վեր 770 միլիոն գյուղական բնակիչ դուրս է բերվել աղքատության շեմից:
«Այս ժամանակահատվածում Չինաստանը 70% ներդրում է ունեցել աղքատության վերացման դեմ համաշխարհային պայքարում: Նման հաջողություններով Չինաստանը ստեղծել է ևս մեկ հրաշք, որը կմնա պատմության մեջ»,-ասել է Սի Ծինփինը:
Սի Ծինփինն առաջին անգամ աղքատության դեմ նպատակային պայքարի գաղափարի մասին հայտարարել է 2013 թվականին՝ երկրի կենտրոնական մասում գտնվող Հունան նահանգ կատարած ստուգայցի ընթացքում:
