ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Ա. Մ.-ն՝ տեղեկանալով, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացի, ժամկետային զինծառայող Դ. Վ.-ն, մասնակցելով 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմին, անհետ կորել է՝ խարդախությամբ խոշոր չափերի գումար հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ 2021 թվականի հունվարին վերջինիս հորը՝ Գ. Վ.-ին հայտնել է, թե իբր զբաղվում է պատերազմում անհետ կորած զինծառայողների հայտնաբերման հետ կապված հարցերով: Գ. Վ-ի հետ հետագա հանդիպումների ժամանակ Ա. Մ.-ն նրան մոլորեցնելու, գիտակցության ու կամքի վրա ներազդելու նպատակով տեղեկացրել է, թե իր անձնական կապերն օգտագործելով կարող է օգնել՝ հայտնաբերելու Դ. Վ.-ին, իսկ 2021 թվականի փետրվարի 17-ին նրա վերաբերյալ առարկայական տեղեկություններ տրամադրելու պատրվակով վերջինիս հորից պահանջել է 1.500 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Իրագործելով իր հանցավոր մտադրությունը՝ Ա. Մ.-ն 2021 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Վ. Սարգսյան փողոցում Գ. Վ.-ից խաբեության եղանակով ստացել է խոշոր չափերի՝ 786.000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 1.500 ԱՄՆ դոլար, սակայն չի հասցրել տնօրինել հափշտակված գումարը, քանի որ անմիջապես բռնվել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից, որի արդյունքում չի կարողացել իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնել:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում հանցանք կատարելու մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքի հիման վրա Ա.Մ.-ն ձերբակալվել է: Ա.Մ.-ի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ է։

Քրեադատավարական թույլատրելի գործիքակազմի միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան, որը բավարարվել կիրառմամբ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, տուժողների ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, թեև բազմաթիվ զգուշացումներին, սակայն մի շարք քաղաքացիներ շարունակում են տուրք տալ հանցավոր հակումներ ունեցող անձանց հետ կասկածելի գործարքների մեջ մտնելու գործելաոճին, որի արդյունքում հայտնվում են խարդախության զոհի կամ այլ խոցելի վիճակում, ուստի նմանատիպ իրավիճակներից զերծ մնալու համար կրկին անգամ հորդորում ենք տուրք չտալ նմանատիպ գործարքներ առաջարկողներին՝ վստահելով միայն պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության աղբյուրներին: ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը վստահեցնում է, որ պետությունը շարունակում է ձեռնարկել գործուն միջոցներ՝ գերության մեջ գտնվող մեր հայրենակիցներին հայրենիք վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
