POLITICSՌուսաստանաբնակ լրագրող, ««Իզվեստիա» թերթի խմբագրություն» ԲԲԸ տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Արամ Գաբրիելյանովն իր թելեգրամյան ալիքում անդրադարձել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի` ռուսական «Իսկանդեր» համալիրների անարդյունավետության մասին աղմկահարույց հայտարարությանը:
Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք նրա գրառումը.
«Եթե շոշափվում է «Իսկանդեր»-ների թեման, ապա կպատմեմ. Մոսկվայում, մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ, բարդ, երկար զրույց եմ ունեցել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի հետ: Ամեն ինչի մասին պատմել չեմ կարող, բայց եթե Նիկոլը բարձրացրել է այս բացառիկ զենքի թեման, ապա մեջբերեմ բառացի այն, ինչ Օնիկն է ասել, իսկ դատողությունները թողնում են ձեզ.«Պատերազմի երրորդ օրը ես` որպես ԳՇ պետ, որոշեցի «Իսկանդեր» կիրառել ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող երկու օբյեկտի` Բաքու-Ջեյհան նավթատարի և ևս մեկի նկատմամբ: Փաշինյանը կտրականապես արգելեց` չնայած ռուսները հասկացրեցին, թե ձեր գործն է, ձեր պատերազմն է: Շուշիի դեմ հարձակումից երեք օր առաջ ես Փաշինյանից թույլտվություն խնդրեցի երկու «Իսկանդեր»-ներով հարվածել անմիջապես Շուշիի մատույցներում թշնամու կենդանի ուժի ահռելի կուտակման ուղղությամբ: Փաշինյանը կտրականապես արգելեց` ասելով, որ միջազգային հանրությունը մեզ կանիծի, եթե մենք միաժամանակյա սպանենք թշնամու մի քանի հազար զինվոր: Միակ դեպքը, երբ ինձ թույլ տվեցին «Իսկանդեր» կիրառել, արդեն Շուշի քաղաքի վրա էր: Ես այն կիրառեցի: Մենք օգտվեցինք դրանից և քաղաք մի քանի տանկ մտցվեց: Երկու օրից հրաման ստացա` թողնել Շուշին ու նահանջել»:
Նախօրեին 1in.am-ին տված հարցազրույցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձել է ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությանը, ըստ որի՝ ինքը զարմացած է, թե ինչու պատերազմի 3-րդ կամ 4-րդ օրն «Իսկանդեր»-ը չի կիրառվել:
Նվեր Մնացականյանը Փաշինյանից հետաքրքրվել է՝ այդ ակնարկն իրե՞ն է ուղղված, ինչին ի պատասխան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է. «Այդ ակնարկը, գուցե, հասցեագրված է նաև ինձ, բայց կարծում եմ՝ մերժվածը պետք է որ բազմաթիվ հարցերի պատասխան իմանա և չտա հարցեր, որոնց պատասխանն ինքը գիտի: Իսկ գուցե պատասխանե՞ն՝ ինչո՞ւ կրակած «Իսկանդեր»-ը (հրթիռը, - խմբ.) չի պայթել կամ պայթել է, օրինակ՝ 10 տոկոսով»: Դիտարկմանը՝ այդպե՞ս էլ է լինում, Փաշինյանը նշել է. «Չգիտեմ: 80-ականների զե՞նք էր գուցե»:
