Իսկանդերը ցրեց պատրանքները

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձել է Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությանը, ով ասել էր, որ ինքը զարմացած է, թե ինչու պատերազմի 3-րդ կամ 4-րդ օրն «Իսկանդեր»-ը չի կրակել: «Կարծում եմ՝ մերժվածը պետք է որ բազմաթիվ հարցերի պատասխան իմանա և չտա հարցեր, որոնց պատասխանն ինքը գիտի: Իսկ գուցե պատասխանե՞ն՝ ինչո՞ւ կրակած «Իսկանդեր»-ը (հրթիռը, – խմբ.) չի պայթել կամ պայթել է, օրինակ՝ 10 տոկոսով»:
Թե Սերժ Սարգսյանը, թե մինչ նրա հարցազրույցը բազմաթիվ ռազմական եւ ոչ ռազմական փորձագետներ անդրադարձել են Իսկանդերի չկրակելու կամ հրթիռի չպայթելու խնդրին։ Դա դարձել է փոխադարձ մեղադրանքների առարկա։ Իսկանդերը Արցախյան պատերազմում հայկական սպառազինության միակ խնդիրը չէր, մասնավորապես շատ էին հարցերը հայ-ռուսական համատեղ ՀՕՊ-ի վերաբերյալ, որն աշխատում էր «ընդհատումներով», դառնալով հայկական կողմի մարդուժի եւ տեխնիկայի ահռելի կորուստների պատճառ։
Նման դեպքերում, ինչպես միշտ, Հայաստանում սկսում է փոխադարձ մեղադրանքների վրա հիմնված «բանավեճ», անհեթեթ փաստարկներով, եւ դրանից ավելիին այդ շրջանակները պարզապես ընդունակ չեն։ Այնինչ, դեռեւս տարիներ առաջ մամուլի հազվագյուտ միջոցներ, այդ թվում Լրագիրը, ահազանգում էին այն հանգամանքը, որ ռուսական կողմը զենքի մատակարարումներին զուգահեռ երաշխիքներ էր «վաճառում» Բաքվին, մասնավորապես բարձրտեխնոլոգիական սպառազինության մասով։ Տեղական լրատվամիջոցներին չհավատացողները գոնե կարող էին կարդալ ռուս հեղինակավոր փորձագետների եւ ոլորտի պատասխանատուների տեսակետներն ու վերլուծությունները։
Բայց խնդիրը միայն սա չէ, այլ այն համառությունը, որով նենգափոխվում է խնդիրը, դառնում կենցաղային մակարդակի ռազբորկաների առարկա, որի հետեւանքով ոչինչ չի փոխվում։ Սակայն սեղանին հայկական անվտանգությունն է, հայկական կյանքերը։ Սպառազինության խնդիրն ուղիղ կապված է քաղաքականությանը, ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո գոնե պատրանքներ չպետք է լինեին, բայց ներհայկական քննարկումները թե այս, թե այլ հարցերում ուղղակի ապշեցնում են։ Այս ֆոնին, Ռուսաստանի օգնությամբ հայկական բանակի վերակառուցման մասին փորձագիտական ու պաշտոնական հայտարարությունները չարագուշակ են հնչում։
