Դուբայում հայկական կողմի խայտառակության պատճառը
SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Ինչպես հայտնի է, Աբու Դաբիում անցկացվում է «IDEX 2021» (International Defense Conference & Exhibition) ռազմարդյունաբերական 15-րդ միջազգային ցուցահանդեսը, որին մասնակցում է նաև հայկական կողմը՝ ի դեմս բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության։ Բայց մասնակցում է միայն… բուկլետներով:
Ճիշտ է, երեկ օրվա ընթացքում նախարարությունը պարզաբանեց, որ առաջացած լոգիստիկ խնդիրների հետևանքով հայկական ռազմական տեխնիկայի ցուցանմուշները չեն հասել Աբու Դաբի, բայց սա առավել ցցուն է դարձնում նախարարության, մեղմ ասած, անպատասխանատու աշխատանքը:
Բայց սա զարմանալի չէ մի քանի առումով. նախ՝ նման գործելաոճը բնորոշ է ընդհանրապես այս կառավարությանը, երկրորդ՝ ԲՏԱ նախարարը ավելի շատ զբաղված է այլ գործերով, քան իր ոլորտին վերաբերող:
Մասնավորաբար, մենք արդեն նշել էինք, որ Արշակյանը «զբաղված» է Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի ռեկտորի ընտրություններով: Այս առումով «Փաստին» նոր տեղեկություններ են հասել:
Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, առաջադրված վեց թեկնածուների մեջ ԲՏԱ նախարարն իր «սրտի» թեկնածուն ունի: Մեզ, իհարկե, փոխանցել են այդ թեկնածուի անունը, բայց ընտրական գործընթացին չմիջամտելու և ավելորդ գովազդ չանելու համար այս պահին խուսափում ենք հրապարակել անունը:
Կրթական ոլորտում ներգրավվելու` Արշակյանի ձգտումները սրանով, սակայն, չեն սահմանափակվում. մասնավորաբար, մեզ տեղեկություններ են հասել, որ վերապատրաստման համար պետբյուջեի հաշվին տարբեր կրթական ծրագրեր են պատվիրվում, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, «ոչ պատահական» մասնավոր կազմակերպություններին, սակայն դրանց իրականացման, դասընթացների արդյունավետության առումով փաստացի վերահսկողություն չի իրականացվում:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Աբու Դաբիի խայտառակությանը, դեռևս 2019 թվականին զենք արտադրելու ու ներդրումներ անելու խոստումով կոնկրետ կազմակերպությանը մաքսատուրքից ազատման արտոնություն տալուն, այնուհետ նաև պետության միջոցներից նշյալ կազմակերպությանը գումարներ հատկացնելուն, ապա այս թեմաներին կանդրադառնանք առաջիկայում»:
