POLITICSԲԴԽ նորընտիր անդամ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը դատական իշխանությունն իր ձեռքը վերցնելու գործընթաց է սկսել։ Նա ակտիվ շփումների մեջ է առաջին ատյանի դատավորների, վճռաբեկ դատարանի նորընտիր նախագահ Լիլիթ Թադեւոսյանի հետ։ Ջհանգիրյանն արդեն երեք անգամ այցելել է ընդամենը 2 շաբաթ առաջ ընտրված վճռաբեկի նախագահին, քննարկել են որոշ գործերով դատավորների աշխատանքները համակարգելու, նրանց հրահանգավորելու հարցեր։ Նաեւ մի քանի անգամ այցելել է վարչապետի՝ իրավական հարցերով օգնական Աննա Վարդապետյանին։ Այս մասին մեզ ասաց նաեւ դատավոր Կարինե Պետրոսյանը, ով դիմել է ԲԴԽ՝ Ջհանգիրյանի լիազորությունները դադարեցնելու պահանջով։ Ի դեպ, նախօրեի կալանքի սանկցիաներով էլ Ջհանգիրյանը պասիվ չի եղել։
Ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների, վարչապետը նրան ասել է՝ սա քո առաջին փորձությունն է, տեսնենք, թե ոնց կհաղթահարես։ Արդյունքը կարծես «վատ» չէ՝ 4-5 հոգուց երկուսին, Ջհանգիրյանի եւ Երեւանի դատարանի նախագահ Արթուր Մկրտչյանի ջանքերով, կալանք տվեցին։ Ի դեպ, Մկրտչյանը 2000-2006թթ․ եղել է Լոռվա դատախազը եւ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն, ծնունդով վանաձորցի Արմեն Աբազյանի հետ բավականին մտերիմ է մինչ օրս, ինչով էլ նաեւ բացատրվում է «Գագիկ Սողոմոնյան» ֆեյքի գործով կալանքներ տալու շահագրգռությունը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ֆեյքը հայհոյախառն գրառումներ է արել ԱԱԾ տնօրենի հասցեին։ Ինչ վերաբերում է վճռաբեկի նախագահին, ապա ուշագրավ է, որ 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ից հետո Լ․ Թադեւոսյանը հայտնի «7-ի գործով» մեղադրող դատախազներից մեկն էր, նա նաեւ նախկին զինդատախազ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի գործով է դատախազ եղել։ Չնայած դրան, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Ջհանգիրյանի եւ Թադեւոսյանի հոր՝ Զելիմ Թադեւոսյանի միջեւ նախկինում ջերմ հարաբերություններ են եղել, հիմա էլ աղջկա հետ է դա շարունակվում։
