Մասնավորապես, ինտերնետային կայքերում և սոցիալական ցանցերում հանդես գալով որպես «Լունա կահույք» և «Ավա մարկետ» անվանումներով օգտատեր՝ տեղադրում է կահույքի վաճառքի վերաբերյալ կեղծ հայտարարություններ, որոնց արձագանքած անձանց հետ պայմանավորվում է իր նշած հաշվեհամարին վճարում կատարելուց հետո առաքել պատվիրված կահույքը, սակայն կահույքը չի առաքում, փողն էլ հափշտակում է։ Խարդախություններ կատարելու համար նրա նկատմամբ առկա են դատարանի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճիռներ, սակայն ազատազրկման տեսքով պատժի կատարումը հետաձգվել է մինչև նրա երեխայի 3 տարեկան դառնալը։
