Ոստիկանության բաժիններում քաղաքացիները «Կալաշնիկովի» գնդացիրներ ու ինքնաձիգներ են հանձնել

Օրերս ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում արձանագրվել է ապօրինի պահվող զենք-զինամթերքի կամավոր հանձնման մի քանի դեպք։ Նախ ՀԱԱԳՎ-ում ստացված տեղեկությունների հիման վրա տարված բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում 61-ամյա մի տղամարդ կամավոր հանձնել է անցած տարի Արցախից բերված տարբեր տեսակի 40-ից ավելի նռնակ, նռնակի պայթուցիչներ, տարբեր տրամաչափի և հրազենների 4000-ից ավելի փամփուշտ, ինքնաձիգի պահունակներ, օդաճնշիչ ատրճանակ և այլն։

Արարատի համայնքային ոստիկանների բացատրական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ  Ավշար գյուղի բնակիչներից մեկը կամավոր հանձնել է «Կարաբին» տիպի հրացան, պայթուցիչով նռնակ ու տարբեր տրամաչափի փամփուշտներ։ Մի տղամարդ էլ զանգել է Արարատի բաժին ու հայտնել, որ Վեդի քաղաքի գերեզմանատան սկզբնամասում ատրճանակ է թողել։ Զանգողի նշած վայրում հայտնաբերվեց գործարանային համարը ջնջված, 9 մմ տրամաչափի ատրճանակ։ Մեկ այլ տղամարդ էլ Արարատ քաղաքի գերեզմանատան մոտ թողել էր «Կալաշնիկովի» գնդացիր, գնդացրի պահեստատուփ, ժապավենով  փամփուշտներ, պայթուցիչով նռնակ ու զանգել էր բաժին։

«Կալաշնիկովի» գնդացրի կամավոր հանձնման դեպքեր են արձանագրվել նաև ոստիկանության Վանաձոր քաղաքի Բազումի և Գյումրի քաղաքի Մուշի բաժիններում՝ շնորհիվ այդ ստորաբաժանումների քրեական հետախույզների բացատրական աշխատանքի։  Ոստիկանության Թալինի, Վաղարշապատի և Արթիկի բաժինների քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքների ծառայողների բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում էլ նշված ստորաբաժանումներում արձանագրվել են «Կալաշնիկովի» ինքնաձիգների կամավոր հանձնման դեպքեր։

Ինքնաձիգներից բացի, քաղաքացիները հանձնել են նաև ինքնաձիգի պահունակներ ու տարբեր տրամաչափի փամփուշտներ։ Նոր Նորքի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանների բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում ևս մի տղամարդ կամավոր հանձնել է «Կալաշնիկովի» ինքնաձիգ ու փամփուշտներ։ Ապօրինի պահվող զինամթերքի կամավոր հանձնման դեպքեր են արձանագրվել նաև ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի և Նաիրիի բաժիններում։ Քաղաքացիները հիշյալ ստորաբաժանումներ են բերել պայթուցիչներով նռնակներ, ինքնաձիգի պահունակներ, տարբեր տրամաչափի փամփուշտներ և այլն։ Կրկին հիշեցնենք, որ ապօրինի պահվող զենք-զինամթերքը կամավոր հանձնողներն ազատվում են քրեական պատասխանատվությունից։ Այս համատեքստում ոստիկանության ծառայողների բացատրական աշխատանքը շարունակվում է։
