Լոնդոնը ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդին կոչ կանի քննարկել ՌԴ-ում, Բելառուսում և ՉԺՀ-ում տիրող իրավիճակը

ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհուրդը պետք է արձագանքի Ռուսաստանում, Բելառուսում, Չինաստանում և Մյանմարում մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում տիրող իրավիճակին: Այս մասին Մեծ Բրիտանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դոմինիկ Ռաաբը կհայտարարի Ժնևում խորհրդի 46-րդ նստաշրջանի բացմանը, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

Նշվում է, որ երկրի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը նախապես հրապարակել է նրա ելույթից մի քանի հատվածներ։ Ռաաբի խոսքով՝ հիշյալ երկրներում պարբերաբար խախտվում են մարդու իրավունքները, ինչը միջազգային հանրության կողմից համակարգված գործողություններ է պահանջում։

Ինչպես ընդգծել են Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ԱԳՆ-ում, գերատեսչության ղեկավարը «խորհրդի մյուս անդամներին կոչ կանի քննարկել՝ «արդյոք ռուս ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Ալեքսեյ Նավալնիի հետ կապված Ռուսաստանի գործողությունները համապատասխանում են Մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում նրա միջազգային պարտավորություններին»։

Անդրադառնալով Բելառուսում տիրող իրավիճակին՝ բրիտանացի նախարարը երկրում անցած տարի կայացած ընտրությունները «կեղծված» է անվանել՝ հայտարարելով, որ «ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ դաժան ճնշումները հանգեցրել են մարդու իրավունքների ճգնաժամին»։

Ռաաբը նաև անդրադարձել է Մյանմարում ռազմական հեղաշրջմանը և Չինաստանի հյուսիս-արևմուտքում Սինցզյան-Ույգուրի ինքնավար շրջանում տիրող իրավիճակին։

Հիշեցնենք՝ Ալեքսեյ Նավալնին Գերմանիայից Ռուսաստան էր վերադարձել հունվարի 17-ին և հենց օդանավակայանից բերման էր ենթարկվել: Նա այժմ բանտում է: Փետրվարի 2-ին դատարանը չեղյալ էր հայտարարել նրա պայմանական պատժաչափը «Իվ Ռոշե»-ի գործով և փոխարինել էր այն իրական դատավճռով, այն է՝ 3.5 տարվա ազատազրկում: Նշենք՝ ընդդիմադիր գործչի ինքնազգացողությունը կտրուկ վատացել էր օգոստոսի 20-ին Տոմսկ-Մոսկվա չվերթն իրականացնող օդանավում:

Օդանավը արտակարգ վայրէջք էր կատարել Օմսկում, և Նավալնիին տեղափոխել էին տեղի շտապ օգնության հիվանդանոց: Երկու օր անց Նավալնիի ընտանիքի պահանջով նրան տեղափոխել էին Բեռլին։ Գերմանիայի կառավարությունն ավելի ուշ հայտարարել էր, որ Նավալնիին թունավորել են արգելված «Նովիչոկ» տիպի նյութով։ Ընդդիմադիր գործչի խոսքով՝ իրեն ցանկացել են թունավորել ՌԴ իշխանությունները:
