LIFEЗаведующая поликлиники, врач Елена Тимошкина рассказала, что халва помогает сохранить здоровье и красоту. Многие исследователи считают восточную сладость способом омолаживания организма. В составе халвы есть витамины A, E, В. Они влияют на состояние ногтей, кожи, волос. В ней содержится и витамин D, укрепляющий мышцы и костную систему.
Халва популярна с давних времен. Свои истоки восточная сладость берет в Иране. Оттуда рецепт распространился по всему свету. Стал востребованным в Турции, Индии, Израиле, Ливане. Вскоре оказался и на территории России.
Кондитерское изделие стало популярным не только из-за вкуса, но и полезных свойств. Заведующая отделением «Центр здоровья» Поликлиники № 4 г. Саранска, врач Елена Тимошкина рассказала об этом Nation News.
