Վաշինգտոնը հայտարարել է Թեհրանի հետ բանակցություններ սկսելու պատրաստակամության մասին

ԱՄՆ-ն հայտարարել է Իրանի հետ 2015-ի համաձայնագրին վերադառնալու եւ Թեհրանի մոտ միջուկային զենքի հայտնվելու կանխարգելման շուրջ բանակցություններ սկսելու պատրաստակամության մասին: Դոնալդ Թրամփի նախորդ վարչակազմը գրեթե երեք տարի առաջ հրաժարվել էր մասնակցությունից «միջուկային գործարքին», հայտնում է «Ամերիկայի ձայնը»:
Պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը ՄԹ-ից, Ֆրանսիայից եւ Գերմանիայից իր գործընկերների հետ տեսահանդիպման ընթացքում հայտարարել էր, որ Ջո Բայդենի վարչակազմը պատրաստ է վերադառնալ մասնակցությանը պայմանավորվածություններին, որոնք պաշտոնապես հայտնի են որպես Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագիր (ԳՀՀԾ), եթե Իրանն ամբողջությամբ կատարի գործարքի պայմանները:
«Պետքարտուղար Բլինքենը կրկին ընդգծել է, որ... եթե Իրանը վերադառնա ԳՀՀԾ-ի շրջանակներում իր ստանձնած իր պարտավորությունների խիստ կատարմանը, ԱՄՆ-ն կանի նույնը, եւ պատրաստ է մասնակցել Իրանի հետ բանակցություններին այդ հարցի շուրջ»,- նշվում է չորս երկրների դիվանագիտական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ:
ԱՄՆ վարչակազմի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներից մեկը Reuters-ին հայտնել է, որ Վաշինգտոնը պատրաստ է մասնակցել բանակցություններին Իրանի եւ համաձայնագիրն ի սկզբանե ստորագրած վեց խոշոր տերությունների` Բրիտանիայի, Չինաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի, Գերմանիայի, Ռուսաստանի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ: «Մենք պատրաստ ենք մասնակցել, եթե այդպիսի հանդիպում լինի»,- ասել է աղբյուրը: Նախօրեին Եվրամիության բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչը հայտարարել էր «միջուկային գործարքի» մասնակիցների հանդիպում կազմակերպելու պատրաստակամության մասին:
Լոնդոնը, Փարիզը եւ Բեռլինը ողջունել են Ջ ո Բայդենի մտադրությունը` վերադառնալ Իրանի հետ դիվանագիտական բանակցություններին: Սակայն Իրանի արտգործնախարար Մոհամադ Ջավադ Զարիֆն ասել է, որ առաջին քայլը պետք է անի Վաշինգտոնը: «Մտորումների եւ պատասխանատվությունն Իրանի վրա դնելու փոխարեն Ե3/ԵՄ-ն պետք է հարգի իր իսկ ստանձնած պարտավորությունները եւ պահանջի վերջ դնել Թրամփից Իրանի դեմ ժառանգած տնտեսական ահաբեկչությանը,- գրել էր Զարիֆը Twitter-ում:- Մեր ուղղիչ գործողությունները պատասխան են խախտումներին ԱՄՆ/Ե3-ի կողմից: Վերացրեք պատճառը, եթե վախենում եք հետեւանքներից»:
