Եվ այսպես, դեմագոգիայի ու կեղծիքի վարպետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, իհարկե, գտավ ելքը: Երևանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը որոշեց զենքի առևտրով զբաղվող Դավիթ Գալստյանի (ով առավել հայտնի է Պատրոն Դավո մականունով) նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց ընտրել կալանավորումը։

 

 

 

Զենքի առևտրից բան չհասկացող հանրույթի համար, իհարկե, ուղեղների լվացման հիանալի վարկածներ հորինեցին, սրտաճմլիկ շոուներ կազմակերպեցին, Նիկոլական ամբողջ քարոզչամեքենան լծվեց Պատրոն Դավիթից պարտության սիմվոլի կերպար կերտել, բայց քարոզչամեքենայի այս թեզի պրիմիտիվությունը ջրի երես է դուրս գալիս, եթե մի փոքր տրամաբանելու ունակություն ունես, e2e անգամ կիլոմետրերով հեռու ես զենքի առևտրից և մտովի կարողանում ես իրար կապել զենքի վաճառքի ամբողջ շղթան...

 

 

 

Եվ այսպես, Դավիթ Գալստյանը սովորական բիզնեսմեն է, զբաղվում է զենքի առք և վաճառքով... Նրան զենքի պատվեր տալիս են ոչ թե մասնավոր անձիք, այլ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը, պետությունը: Զենքի առևտուրը պիցցայի առաքում չէ, որ որակը լավը չլինի՝ դեն նետես կամ բավարարվես պիցցա թխողին հայհոյելով, յուրաքանչյուր զենք ունի իր անձնագիրը, զենքը առաքվելուց հետո ՊՆ-ի և նրա գեներալիտետի կողմից վերահսկվում է, փորձաքննություններ են անցկացվում, այնուհետև մտցնում կիրառության մեջ:

 

 

 

Այսինքն ինչ է ստացվում, մի ամբողջ պետական համակարգ հաստատում է, որ ներմուծված զենքերը համապատասխանում են պայմանագրային պահանջներին, այնուհետև ձերբակալում են զենքի առևտրականին, իսկ այդ զենքը ընդունող կողմը՝ ենթասպաներից մինչև վարչապետ, սովորական բիզնեսմենից փորձում են պատերազմական հանցագործ կերտել... Բա հպարտ քաղաքացիներից որևէ մեկը չի հարցնու՞մ իր սրտի վարչապետին՝ կարող է՞ էս գործում էլ խելքդ այնքան է հասնում, որքան ՍՈւ-երը ձեռք բերելիս...

 

 

 

Մենք պետք է խելքի գանք, դադարենք սնվել վարչապետի քարոզչամեքենայի ստերով, հակառակ պարագայում դիլետանտների այս խառնամբոխը, ծայրից ծայր փլուզելով ամբողջ պետությունը, մեզ կապահովի տեսարաններով՝ ամեն հարցում որևէ մեկին մեղավոր նշանակելով...
