Բա հպարտ քաղաքացիներից որևէ մեկը չի հարցնու՞մ իր սրտի վարչապետին՝ կարող է՞ էս գործում էլ խելքդ այնքան է հասնում, որքան ՍՈւ-երը ձեռք բերելիս...
 
Մենք պետք է խելքի գանք, դադարենք սնվել վարչապետի քարոզչամեքենայի ստերով, հակառակ պարագայում դիլետանտների այս խառնամբոխը, ծայրից ծայր փլուզելով ամբողջ պետությունը, մեզ կապահովի տեսարաններով՝ ամեն հարցում որևէ մեկին մեղավոր նշանակելով...
