SOCIETYՀամահայկական հիմնադրամից անհետացել է 11 միլիոն դոլար գումար։ Այս մասին գրում է «Դեժավյու» տելեգրամյան ալիքը։
«Պատերազմի օրերին երբ աշխարհասփյուռ հայությունը գումար էր փոխանցում Հայաստան հիմնադրամին, այդ գումարները հետագայում պարզվեց որ ծախսվել են ոչ նպատակային։ Այսինքն, գումարները հավաքվել են, հետո իբր պարտքով տրվել է Կառավարությանը, պատերազմի կարիքների հետ կապված ծախսեր անելու համար։ Այդ օրերին, պարզվում է գտնվել են նաեւ անձինք որոնք ցանկացել են նաեւ փող աշխատել պատերազմի վրա։ Երեկ Սերժ Սարգսյանը իր հարցազրույցում հայտնեց որ կատարվել են գնումներ ոչ Պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից, այլ ուղիղ Կառավարությունն է այդ գնումները արել, այն էլ մի քանի անգամ թանկ գներով, զրահաբա։ Խոսքը զրահաբաճկոնների մասին է։ Զրահաբաճկոնները գնվել են մեծ քանակի եւ շատ անգամ բարձր գներով։
DEJAVU-ի տեղեկություններով, պատերազմի օրերին, այդ գործարքները համակարգել են եւ «քավորություն են» արել 4 հոգի՝ պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանը «Շիշ բռնողը», կառավարության աշղեկ Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը «DJ Էդո», Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը եւ նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանը։ Այս 4 կերպարները պատերազմի օրերին իբր նախաձեռնում են պատերազմի կարիքների համար գնումների գործընթացնր, որը անում են Հայաստան հիմնադրամից ստացված գումարներով, շրջանցելով ՊՆ-ը, իսկ նպատակն է լինում որքան հնարավոր է փող աշխատել։
Բացի զրահաբաճկոնների ուռճացված գնումներից, կա եւս մի պատմություն, որ 11 միլիոն դոլար գումարի գնում են իբր կազմակերպում, կանխիկացնում են այդ գումարը եւ մինչ այսօր ոչ այդ ապրանքն են մատակարարել, ոչ այդ գումարը կա։ Այս մութ պատմությունները վստահաբար կքննվեն իշխանափոխությունից հետո, իսկ մենք շուտով կհրապարակենք նաեւ մանրամասներ՝ թե կորած 11 միլիոն դոլարի մասին թե ուռճացված գներով զրահաբաճկոնների մասին»,- գրել է տելեգրամյան ալիքը։
