Եգիպտոսի նախագահը ընտանիքներին կոչ է արել սահմանափակվել երկու երեխայի ծնունդով
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԵգիպտոսի նախագահ Աբդել Ֆաթահ էլ-Սիսին առաջին անգամ մտահոգություն է հայտնել երկրում բնակչության արագ աճի կապակցությամբ, որն արդեն գերազանցել է 100 միլիոնը: Երեքշաբթի ելույթ ունենալով Իսմայիլիայում բժշկական համալիրի բացման ժամանակ` նա հասկացրել է, որ յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիք պետք է ոչ ավել, քան երկու երեխա ունենա, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը` վկայակոչեով Al-Ahram-ը:
«Ավելի քան երկու երեխան յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքում շատ մեծ խնդիր է, եւ անհրաժեշտ է հասկացնել, որ բնակչության արագ աճը վտանգավոր է»,- ասել է նա: Ընդ որում, ըստ նախագահի, իշխանությունները մտադիր չեն խնդիրը լուծել խիստ օրենքների եւ սահմանափակումների միջոցով: «Մենք աշխատում ենք բնակչության աճին հակազդելու եւ եգիպտական ընտանիքներին դրա համար անհրաժեշտ ծառայությունների մատուցման ծրագրի վրա»,- պարզաբանել է նա` հավելելով, որ բնակչության աճը պետք է համապատասխանի առկա ռեսուրսներին, իսկ դրա արագ աճը խիստ բացասական ազդեցություն ունի տնտեսության վրա: «Քանի դեռ բնակչության աճի հարցը վերահսկողության տակ չէ, մարդիկ իրենց կյանքի պայմանների որեւէ բարելավում չեն զգա»,- հավելել է ալ-Սիսին:
Յուրաքանչյուր տարի Եգիպտոսում 2 միլիոն երեխա է ծնվում: 100 միլիոն մարդու ապահովման համար, նշել է նախագահը, «Եգիպտոսին տարեկան, կոպիտ ասած, 15 տրիլիոն ե.ֆ. Է (մոտ 1 տրիլիոն դոլար) անհրաժեշտ է »: Երկրի ՀՆԱ-ն 250 միլիարդ դոլարից մի փոքր ավել է: Առողջապահության նախարարության տվյալներով` 2 միլիոն տարեկան աճը միայն բժշկական ոլորտի համար լրացուցիչ 3.6 միլիարդ բյուջետային գումար է պահանջում:
