«Ադրբեջանին պետք է վերադարձվեր 5 շրջան, ԼՂ-ն անկախություն ստանար, իսկ Քելբաջարն ու Լաչինը մնային Հայաստանի հավերժական վերահսկողության տակ»․ Ալիևը` ԼՂ վերաբերյալ մերժած առաջարկի մասին

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի` Բաքվի վերահսկողության տակ անցած Քաշաթաղի (Լաչինի) շրջան կատարած այցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ ԼՂ շուրջ լույս նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը դարձել է Հայաստանի կողմից կապիտուլյացիայի ճանաչում և հնարավորություն է տվել Բաքվին վերադարձնել Քաշաթաղի (Լաչին) և Քարվաճառի (Քելբաջար) շրջանները, գրում է minval.az-ը:

«Բանակցությունների ժամանակ նրանք երբեք չեն ցանկացել մեզ վերադարձնել Լաչինի և Քելբաջարի շրջանները։ Դա բանակցություններում պայմանավորվածության բացակայության հիմնական պատճառն էր։ Ցավոք, Հայաստանն ու նրա մի շարք արտասահմանյան հովանավորներ ձգտում էին նրան, որ Ադրբեջանին վերադարձվի 5 շրջան,  Ադրբեջանը բավարարվեր դրանով, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը որևէ մի ժամանակահատվածում անկախություն ստանար, իսկ Քելբաջարի և Լաչինի շրջանները մնային Հայաստանի հավերժական վերահսկողության տակ»,- հայտարարել է Ալիևը` հավելելով, որ մերժել է այդ առաջարկը։

Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր նաև, որ Ալիևը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի` Բաքվի վերահսկողության տակ անցած Քաշաթաղի շրջան երեկ կատարած այցի ընթացքում բացել է Ծաղկաբերդ գյուղում նոր կառուցված հիդրոէլեկտրակայանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ լույս նոյեմբերի 10-ին Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել, ստորագրվել է հայտարարություն, որով Ադրբեջանին են անցնում Արցախի յոթ շրջանները, Շուշին ու Հադրութը` բացառությամբ մի գյուղի, գյուղեր Ասկերանի ու Մարտունու շրջանից, ինչպես նաև Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ և Մատաղիս գյուղերը։
