«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Փետրվարի 16-ին իր երկրորդ նիստը կգումարի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի՝ նոր կորոնավիրուսի (Covid 19) տարածումը կանխելու, այդ վիրուսի դեմ պայքարի, համաճարակի հետեւանքների մեղմման կամ վերացման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության եւ պարետատան իրականացրած միջոցառումների արդյունավետությունը, ինչպես նաեւ արտակարգ դրության ժամանակահատվածում մարդու իրավունքների եւ հիմնարար ազատությունների սահմանափակումների արդյունավետությունն ու իրավաչափությունն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովը:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին մանրամասներ հայտնի դարձան սպասվող նիստի օրակարգից:

Նախ՝ այդ օրը հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արկադի Խաչատրյանը ներկայացնելու է հանձնաժողովի կողմից ուղարկված հարցումները: Բանն այն է, որ ԱԺ քննիչ հանձնաժողովն արդեն կառավարություն է ուղարկել 251 հարցից բաղկացած հարցաշար, ընդ որում՝ դրանք վերաբերում են թե՛ դիահերձման, թե՛ թեստավորման, թե՛ ինքնամեկուսացման հետ կապված հարցերին:

Բացի կառավարությունից հարցումներ են ուղարկվել նաեւ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատ, Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայություն, Կենտրոնական բանկ, Գլխավոր դատախազություն եւ ՄԻՊ: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ հանձնաժողովը նպատակ ունի լայն թափով աշխատել եւ նիստերին հրավիրել նաեւ պաշտոնյաների, եւ երկրորդ նիստի ժամանակ կքննարկվի նաեւ իրավասու պաշտոնատար եւ այլ անձանց հանձնաժողով հրավիրելու սկզբունքներն ու մոտեցումները:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ 251 հարցերով քննիչ հանձնաժողովի անդամները ցանկություն ունեն պարզելու վիրուսի դեմ պայքարի, համաճարակի հետեւանքների մեղմման կամ վերացման ուղղությամբ կառավարության եւ պարետատան իրականացրած միջոցառումների արդյունավետությունը, նաեւ արտակարգ դրության ժամանակահատվածում մարդու իրավունքների եւ հիմնարար ազատությունների սահմանափակումների արդյունավետությունն ու իրավաչափությունը:

Օրինակ՝ հարց ուղղելով՝ հանձնաժողովը հետաքրքրվել է՝ ինչպես է ստացվել, որ Իտալիայից ժամանած քաղաքացիների մոտ կոնոնավիրուսի առկայությունը սահմանային կետում չի բացահայտվել, եւ հետագայում այդ մարդիկ դարձան համավարակի տարածման մեծ շղթայի աղբյուր (վարակվեց շուրջ 57 քաղաքացի), կոնկրետ երբ էին ժամանել Իտալիայից այդ քաղաքացիները։

Նրանք նաեւ հետաքրքրվել են, թե ՀՀ-ում քանի անձ է բուժվել հիվանդանոցներում պետական պատվերի շրջանակում, քանիսը ՝ վճարովի հիմունքներով, եւ քանիսն է բուժվել տանը՝ սեփական միջոցների հաշվին, կամ քանի դեպք է արձանագրվել, երբ անհետաձգելի առաջին բժշկական օգնություն չստանալը հանգեցրել է պացիենտի առողջական վիճակի կտրուկ վատթարացման կամ մահվան։
