Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը հաղթել է դատարանում. «Փաստ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Տևական ժամանակ է` ԱԺ անկախ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանի կողմից բարձրացվում է հարց, թե որտեղ են, ըստ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարածի, բացված կամ հայտնաբերված աշխատատեղերից Զինծառայողների սոցապահովության հիմնադրամ փոխանցվող գումարները, որոնք արդեն պետք է հատեին երեք միլիարդ դրամի սահմանագիծը։ Պատգամավորն այդ հարցը ԱԺ-ում քանիցս ուղղել է Փաշինյանին։ Դրանց ի պատասխան վերջինս անում էր իրարամերժ առաջարկներ, որոնք այնուհետև հենց ինքն էլ խախտում էր։ Կառավարության որոշմամբ Ուրիխանյանին հանեցին այդ հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի կազմից, իսկ որոշ ժամանակ անց հիմնադրամը, որի նախագահն այդ պահին պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն էր, դատական հայց ներկայացրեց ընդդեմ Ուրիխանյանի՝ պահանջելով հերքել իր հարցադրումներն ու կասկածները։
Իսկ երբ վերջին անգամ ԱԺ-կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ պատգամավորը բարձրացրեց այդ հարցը՝ Տոնոյանին դիմելով որպես « Top ten of the ministers», Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրեն բնորոշ ոճով կոպտեց Ուրիխանյանին՝ պաշտպանելով Դավիթ Տոնոյանին։ Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ «Դատալեքս» տեղեկատվական կայքը վերջին օրերին չի գործում, դատական համակարգի մեր աղբյուրից տեղեկացանք, որ օրերս կայացվել է դատական վճիռ, որով մերժվել է պետական հիմնադրամի հայցն ընդդեմ պատգամավորի։ Ըստ այդմ, ստացվում է, որ Ուրիխանյանի բարձրացրած հարցը, այն է՝ որտեղ են ժողովրդի փողերը (ինչն էլ հայցվորը պահանջում էր որակել որպես զրպարտություն և հերքել), շարունակում է մնալ բաց։
