Թուրքիայում հայ իրավապաշտպանի դեմ հետաքննություն է սկսվել Էրդողանին վիրավորելու համար

Թուրքական իշխանություններին հասցեագրված սուր քննադատություններով հայտնի հայ իրավապաշտպան Արլեթ Նաթալի Ավազյանի դեմ հետաքննություն է սկսվել Թուրքիայի նախագահի Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հասցեին վիրավորական հրապարակումներ անելու համար: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ermenihaber.am-ը։
Այս մասին Ավազյանը գրառում է արել Twitter-ում, հրապարակելով նաև իրեն ուղղարկված հետաքննություն սկսելու մասին որոշման փաստաթղթերը:
Նշվում է, որ 2014-2018թթ. ընթացքում Ավազյանը Twitter-ում նախագահի հասցեին վիրավորական 8 հրապարակում է կատարել, որոնք հանցակազմ պարունակող արարք են որակվել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ սա Ավազյանի դեմ հետաքննություն սկսելու առաջին դեպքը չէ: Նրան նաև քանիցս բերման են ենթարկել Թուրքիայի պաշտոնատար անձանց հասցեին սուր քննադատություններ հնչեցնելու համար:
Իրավապաշտպանը 2019թ. հոկտեմբերին Twitter-ում գրառում էր կատարել Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուի մասին։ Նա տեղադրել էր արտգործնախարարի ընտանիքի 1998թ․ լուսանկարը և գրել․ «Նրանք Անթալիայի հարավային շրջանում հայտնի են եղել որպես «քրդական գողեր»»։
Նշենք, որ Արլեթ Նաթալի Ավազյանին Twitter-ում հետևում է 175.000 օգտատեր: Նրա կատարած գրառումների թիվն անցնում է 230.000-ը:
