Հայաստանն ապրում է հաստատուն իներցիայի ռեժիմում։ Այնպես չէ, որ դա միայն հետպատերազմական ռեժիմ է, այսպիսին էր Հայաստանի կյանքը նաև 2018 թվականից հետո, երբ ամեն ինչ ընթանում էր հեղափոխական էյֆորիայի ազդեցության ներքո։ Էյֆորիան փոխարինել էր ռազմավարությանն ու ծրագրերին, երկիրն ապրում էր առանց զարգացման որևէ կոնցեպտի՝ նախկինից մնացած համակարգերի լավ կամ վատ աշխատանքով ու հեղափոխական դատարկաբանությամբ։
Հասարակությանը դա դուր էր գալիս, նրա կյանքն առանձնապես չէր փոխվել, սակայն հաճելի-ականջահաճո էր անընդհատ լսել նախկինների թալանի, ներկաների անկաշառության ու 2050 թվականի ապագայի մասին։ Ահա այդ իներցիայի պայմաններում էլ տեղի ունեցավ պատերազմը, որում կրած խայտառակ պարտությունը, սակայն, ո՛չ իշխանության, ո՛չ էլ, առավել ևս, հասարակության համար չդարձավ իներցիոն ընթացքը կանգնեցնելու առիթ։
Հիմա պետությունն ապրում է արդեն հետպատերազմյան իներցիայով, իշխանությունն առաջնորդվում է «այսօր էլ մնացինք իշխանության՝ լավ է» այսրոպեական սկզբունքով․ Հայաստանն ապրում է մեկ օրվա՝ թիթեռի կյանքով։
Երկիրը չունի զարգացման ու պատերազմի արհավիրքը հաղթահարելու որևէ համակարգային հայեցակարգ և գրեթե ամբողջությամբ կախված է մեզանից չկախված իրադարձություններից ու զարգացումներից։ Արտահերթ ընտրություններից հրաժարվելու վերաբերյալ իր կամ իր խմբակցության որոշմամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ավելի խորացրեց իներցիան՝ պետությանը զրկելով ինչ-որ իմաստով ռեստարտ ապրելու շանսից, որը գոնե տեսականորեն կարող էին ապահովել արտահերթ ընտրությունները։ Եվ եթե ֆորսմաժորներ չլինեն ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հաջողի թիթեռի կյանքով ապրելու իր մարտավարությամբ շարունակել մնալ իշխանության, ապա մինչև հերթական ընտրություններ պետությունը ևս 2.5 տարի ապրելու է այս կազմալուծող ու մաշող, զարգացման որևէ հեռանկարից զուրկ իներցիայի ռեժիմով։
Նոմինալ ընդդիմության տեղը զբաղեցրած քաղաքական ուժերը, չնայած հոխորտալից հայտարարություններին, իրականում կարծես հաշտ են այս իրավիճակի հետ։ Հաշտ է նաև հասարակության զգալի հատվածը, որի մի մասն իներցիան կանգնեցնելու փոխարեն՝ նախընտրում է կանգնեցնել պատահած առաջին ինքնաթիռը ու փոխել ոչ թե երկրի ընթացքը, այլ սեփական բնակության վայրը։
Սովորության ու ավանդույթի համաձայն։
Պատերազմում կրած պարտության ու հազարավոր անդառնալի կորուստների շոկը ժամանակի ընթացքում ընդարմանում է։ 2.5 տարվա հեղափոխական իներցիայով ապրած հասարակությունը մտնում է կամ արդեն իսկ մտել է հետպատերազմյան դեպրեսիայի մեջ, որն ամեն օրվա հետ ավելի է խորանում իներցիայի պատճառով։
