«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրերս տեղի ունեցավ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանի ամփոփիչ-հաշվետու ասուլիսը, որտեղ նա մանրամասն անդրադարձավ ոլորտի հաջողություններին ու ապագայի ծրագրերին: Սակայն շատերին էր զարմացրել այն հանգամանքը, որ Արշակյանը, լինելով ԲՏԱ նախարար, հանկարծ սկսեց մեծ ոգևորությամբ խոսել Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ այդ բուհի ռեկտորի պաշտոնի մրցույթի մասին: Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանը գործում է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության գերատեսչական ենթակայության ներքո, ուստի արտաքուստ տարակուսելի էր ԲՏԱ նախարարի հետաքրքրվածությունը այս թեմայով:

Պարզվում է, սակայն, որ դա որոշակի պատճառներ ունի: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ժամանակին ԿԳՄՍ նախկին նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ներքին ազդեցության առումով այդ բուհը «տվել» է Հակոբ Արշակյանին, իսկ նորանշանակ նախարարն, ինչպես ասում են, այդ ներքին «որոշումը» չի կարողանում չեղյալ հայտարարել: Փաստացի, իր ասուլիսում Հակոբ Արշակյանն ըստ էության հաստատեց սեփական հետաքրքրվածությունն ու շահագրգռվածությունն այդ բուհի նկատմամբ:

Թե ինչ բովանդակություն ու նպատակներ ունի այդ շահագրգռվածությունը, և թե արդյոք Հակոբ Արշակյանն ունի Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի՝ իր «սրտի» թեկնածուն, այս պահին դժվարանում ենք ասել: Սակայն հաշվի առնելով գերատեսչական առումով բուհի հետ կապ չունեցող կառույցի ղեկավարի նման անբնական արձագանքը այլ նախարարության գերատեսչական ենթակայության տակ գտնվող հաստատության ռեկտորի ընտրության հանդեպ՝ մենք ուշիուշով հետևելու ենք պոլիտեխնիկի ռեկտորի ընտրության ընթացքին:
