Այլեւս Թուրքիան որեւէ պատճառ չունի սահմանը փակ պահել Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ. ԱԳ նախարար
POLITICSՎիճակն, անշուշտ, շատ բարդ է եւ մեր հիմնական նպատակն է՝ անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի շուրջ անվտանգային մթնոլորտը ամրապնդվի, ինչը հեշտ հարց չէ, որովհետեւ սա աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակի ընդհանուր արտացոլումն է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 10–ին, ԱԺ–Կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ ասաց Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արա Այվազյանը՝ անդրադառնալով անկախ պատգամավոր Գոռ Գեւորգյանի հարցին, թե ինչ ռազմավարական, մարտավարական տեսլական կա պայմանավորված ստեղծված իրավիճակով։
«Բնականաբար, որպես պետություն մենք պետք է ձգտենք բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել, որպեսզի իրավիճակը գնա դեպի դեէսկալացիա, որը կբերի նաեւ Հայաստանի շուրջ անվտանգության մթնոլորտի ամրապնդմանը։ Անցյալ անգամ ես նշել եմ, որ դիվանագիտության համար նույնպես առաջնային խնդիրը եղել եւ մնում է անվտանգության ամրապնդումը»,– ընդգծեց նա։
Անդրադառնալով փետրվարի 1-12-ը Կարսում տեղի ունեցող թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորավարժություններին, նախարարն ասաց.
«Ցանկացած զինավարժություն մտահոգության առիթ է տալիս եւ մենք մի կողմից տեսնում ենք նման դրսեւորումներ, մյուս կողմից էլ Թուրքիայից տեսնում ենք տարբեր մեսիջներ։ Դիվանագիտության մեջ ընդունված է մեսիջներով ուղերձներ հասցնել, բայց հաշվի առնելով հենց Թուրքիայի հանգամանքը, կարծում եմ, որ ժամանակն է եկել, որ մենք ուղղորդվենք ոչ թե ուղերձներով, այլ գործողություններով։ Վստահ եմ, որ Թուրքիան միջազգային հանրության ճնշման ներքո հետզհետե պետք է վերադառնա բնականոն գործընթացի եւ նախ եւ առաջ խոսքն այն մասին է, որ այլեւս պատճառ չկա Հայաստանի հանդեպ կիրառել շրջափակումը։ Ինչպես գիտեք սահմանների փակվելը պայմանավորված էր Արցախում ստատուս քվոյի հետ, որը փոխվել է ուժի կիրառման միջոցով, եւ այլեւս Թուրքիան որեւէ պատճառ չունի սահմանը փակ պահել Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ։ Այս պահին որեւէ գործընթաց տեղի չի ունենում, բայց Հայաստանը գործուն ջանքեր է գործադրելու, որպեսզի մեր շուրջը դառնա նպաստավոր մթնոլորտ Հայաստանի անվտանգության ամրապնդման համար»,– նշեց նախարարը։
Գոռ Գեւորգյանն արձագանքելով նախարարին, ասաց, որ սահմանների շրջափակման կարգավորումը կարող է մեկ այլ խնդրի առաջ կանգնեցնել Հայաստանին, քանի որ գործ ունենք Թուրքիայի հետ։ Պատգամավորը նախարարից այլ պատասխան էր ակնկալում, մինչդեռ նախարարի պատասխանից արձանագրեց, որ այդ դեպքում որեւէ խնդիր չկա։
«Բայց մենք խնդիր ունենք, մեր խնդիրները շարունակում են մնալ օրհասական, չկարգավորված։ Եթե հարեւան երկու պետությունները թշնամական հռետորաբանությամբ անցկացնում են նման ծավալի զորավարժություններ, դա անմիջական սպառնալիք է»,– նկատեց նա։
Ի պատասխան Արա Այվազյանը հստակեցրեց, թե չի ասել, որ շրջափակումը դրական երեւույթ է, այլ այն, որ մեր նպատակն է ամրապնդել Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի անվտանգային մթնոլորտը։
