Ամերիկյան Johnson & Johnson դեղագործական ընկերության ղեկավար Ալեքս Գորսկին հայտնել է, որ կորոնավիրուսի նոր մուտացիաների պատճառով վարակի դեմ պատվաստումը կարղ է ամենամյա լինել: Այս մասին նա հայտարարել է CNBC հեռուստաալիքի եթերում։

Նրա խոսքով՝ վիրուսը շատ արագ փոխվում է, ինչը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կանդրադառնա պատվաստանյութերի արդյունավետության վրա։

«Կարծում եմ՝ հաջորդ մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում մենք կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստումներ կկատարենք այնպես, ինչպես գրիպի դեմ են կատարում»,- նշել է Գորսկին։

Ընկերության ղեկավարը նաև հայտարարել է՝ անհրաժեշտ է նախապատրաստվել հաջորդ մի քանի տարիներին պատվաստվելուն։

Հունվարի վերջին ընկերությունը հաշվետվություն է ներկայացրել իր դեղամիջոցի արդյունավետության մասին, որը գնահատվում է 72 տոկոս: Ընկերությունը հարցում է ուղարկել ԱՄՆ Պարենի և դեղորայքի որակի հարցերով վարչություն՝ արտակարգ իրավիճակներում տվյալ դեղամիջոցի կիրառմանը հավանություն տալու վերաբերյալ:

Նշենք՝ ընկերության կողմից արտադրված հակակորոնավիրուսային այս պատվաստանյութը ստեղծվել է ադենովիրուսի հիմքի վրա, որը մարդու օրգանիզում առաջանում է ի պատասխան իմունային հսկողության թուլացման: Բացի այդ, ի տարբերություն երկրում գրանցված այլ պատվաստանյութերի, այն չի պահանջում երկու չափաբաժին և մի քանի ամիս կարող է պահվել սառցարաններում: 

ԱՄՆ-ում մինչ այժմ պաշտոնապես հաստատվել են հակակորոնավիրուսային պատվաստանյութեր, որոնք արտադրվել են Pfizer/BioNTech և Moderna ընկերությունների կողմից:
