Վարչապետի արտաքին քաղաքական հարցերով իրական խորհրդատուն. դիմապատկեր

Օրեր առաջ լուրեր շրջանառվեցին, որ Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ նոր դեսպան է նշանակվելու Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը, որը թավշյահեղափոխությունից հետո կարճ ժամանակով զբաղեցրել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մամուլի խոսնակի պաշտոնը: Կարապետյանը նաև եղել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը` կրկին կարճ ժամանակով` լինելով այն յոթ դիվանագետներից մեկը, ովքեր ստորագրել են ցույցերին աջակցելու կոչը (խախտելով դիվանագիտական ծառայության հիմնական կանոնը):
Սակայն շատերի մոտ կարող է հարց առաջանալ, թե ով է Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը, որ երկու կարճաժամկետ խոսնակությունից և մոտ մեկ տարի ընդհատակ անցնելուց հետո նշանակվելու է ՀՀ դեսպան:
2008 թ. ԱԳՆ աշխատանքից ազատված Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանի համար Փաշինյանիիշխանության գալը մեծ հնարավորություններ բացեց` թոթափելու 10-ամյա պարապուրդը և փորձել դառնալ վարչապետի արտաքին քաղաքական հարցերով «գորշ կարդինալը»: Ներկայումս հենց նա է խորհուրդներ ներկայացնում ոչ միայն արտաքին քաղաքական կուրսի, այլև հենց ԱԳՆ կադրային քաղաքականության մասով:
