«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
Ինչպես հայտնի է, շաբաթ-կիրակի իշխող «Իմ քայլը» հավաքվել էր Աղվերանում, նախապես ինֆորմացիոն արտահոսքեր եղան, թե խմբակցությունը քննարկելու է արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հարցը, կիրակի երեկոյան էլ «Իմ քայլի» անունից հայտարարություն տարածվեց, թե «հանրային պահանջի բացակայության» պատճառով արտահերթ ընտրություններ չեն անցկացնի։
Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, իրականում իմքայլականները ո՛չ քննարկել, ո՛չ էլ առավել եւս որոշում են կայացրել, այդ որոշումը կայացրել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը եւ կիրակի պատգամավորների հետ հանդիպմանն ասել է այդ մասին։ Բայց հնարավորություն է տվել արտահերթ ընտրությունների կողմնակիցներին ելույթ ունենալ, հիմնավորել, թե ինչու է պետք արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնել։ Արտահերթին կողմ են արտահայտվել միայն 4-5 հոգի, սակայն «առաջամարտիկը», որքան էլ զարմանալի է, եղել է Ալեն Սիմոնյանը, ով անգամ պատերազմից հետո Փաշինյանի ամենամոլեռանդ հրապարակային պաշտպաններից է։ Նա ասել է, որ պետք է գնալ ընտրությունների՝ լիցքաթափել մթնոլորտը։
Ընտրություններին կողմ է արտահայտվել նաեւ Արարատ Միրզոյանի «թեւը»՝ ի դեմս Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանի, Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանի։ Սակայն նրանց դիրքորոշումը թիմում ընկալվել է Արարատ Միրզոյանի վարչապետական հավակնությունների տիրույթում։ Թիմը, մանավանդ այն հատվածը, որը ոչ մի շանս չունի հաջորդ խորհրդարանում հայտնվելու, երկու ձեռքով կողմ է եղել Փաշինյանի որոշմանը։ «Փորձում էին ցույց տալ, որ կա դժգոհություն, եւ պետք է գնալ փոփոխության»,- ասաց մեր աղբյուրը։ Մի փաստարկ էլ են բերել՝ եթե ցրեն խորհրդարանը, ընդդիմությունը կարող է բոյկոտել ընտրությունները, եւ դրանց արդյունքները կարող են լեգիտիմ չլինել։ «Իմ քայլի» մեծամասնությունը համաձայն է եղել որոշմանը, միայն 5-10 տոկոսն է առարկել։
