Գորիս համայնքի 6 բնակչի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ 22-ամյա աղջկան առևանգելու համար (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են 22-ամյա աղջկան առևանգելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Գորիս համայնքի 30-ամյա բնակիչը իր եղբոր, մորեղբոր որդու և երկու ընկերների հետ նախապես պայմանավորվելով ամուսնության նպատակով առևանգել Գորիս քաղաքի 22-ամյա բնակչուհուն, 2021թ. հունվարի 13-ին` ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում, տեղեկանալով աղջկա քաղաքի կենտրոնական հատված մեկնելու մասին, վերոհիշյալ անձանց հետ գնացել են Գ.Աշոտի փողոցում գտնվող «Զառա» խանութ-սրահի մոտ և սպասել աղջկա ժամանելուն: Այդ ընթացքում նրանց է միացել 1990թ. ծնված նույն համայնքի ևս մեկ բնակիչ, որն իր վարած «LEXUS» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով վերոհիշյալ անձանց հետ սպասել է նշված վայրում: Ժամը 10:15-ի սահմաններում տղաները նկատելով 22-ամյա աղջկան, նրա կամքին հակառակ, բռնություն գործադրելով, բացահայտ առևանգել են վերջինիս և 30-ամյա տղայի եղբոր վարած «INFINITI» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով նրան տեղափոխել են Արարատի մարզի Հայանիստ բնակավայր:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Գորիս համայնքի 30-ամյա բնակչին և մասնակից 4 անձանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի (մարդուն առևանգելը) 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, իսկ 1990թ. ծնված նույն համայնքի բնակչին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-131-րդ հոդվածի (մարդու առևանգման օժանդակելը) 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:
Կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ, այդ թվում դեպքի վայրի և տրանսպորտային միջոցների զննություններ, 22-ամյա աղջիկը ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել: Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ: Հանձնարարություն է տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին:
