ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ, ՀՌՀ ռեկտոր Արմեն Դարբինյանը բաց նամակով դիմել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին.

Տիար Փաշինյան,
Վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում Ձեր ամենօրյա ազգակործան և պետականաքանդ գործունեությանը զուգահեռ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի և ԿԳՍՄ նախարարության զգալի ուժեր լծել եք Հայ-Ռուսական համալսարանի ռեկտորին պաշտոնանկ անելու անբովանդակ նպատակի իրագործմանը: Համոզվելով սակայն, որ նման տվայտանքները անիմաստ են և անարդյունք, Դուք գնացիք առավել Ձեզ բնորոշ և հարազատ ճանապարհով՝ անձնական օգտագործման ԱԱԾ-ի միջոցով փոխանցեցիք ինձ ռեկտորի հրաժարականի պահանջ:
Միանգամից ասեմ, որ ծիծաղելով մերժում եմ Ձեր այս անհեթեթ պահանջը՝ համարելով սակայն, որ Ձեր հոտառությունը Ձեզ չի դավաճանել. ի դեմս ինձ և իմ համակիրների Դուք ունեք և ապագայում կունենաք ամենաջերմեռանդ քաղաքական հակառակորդներ, և եթե ես երբևիցե որոշեմ հրաժարական տալ, ապա այն կունենա միայն մեկ նպատակ. քաղաքականապես Ձեզ տապալել և քոքահան անել նիկոլիզմը հայաստանյան քաղաքական ասպարեզից:
Բնավ զարմանալի չէ, որ Դուք հանդգնել եք Ձեր թարախակալ հայացքը նետել և անարժան ձեռքը բարձրացնել մեր համալսարանի վրա. այն Արժեքները, որոնք դրված են մեր գործունեության հիմքում, տրամագծորեն հակառակ են Ձեր անձի էությանը և հոգեկերտվածքին: Մեր Արժեքներն են. Սերը, Ազատությունը, Արժանապատվությունը, Արդարությունը, Ստեղծարարությունը, Համերաշխությունը, Իմացությունը և Անձնային աճը: Ձեզ հոգեհարազատ են հակառակ հասկացությունները. ատելությունը, թշնամանքը, բռնաճնշումը, քանդումը, տգիտությունը, խառնակչությունը, սողունությունը:
Կա ևս մի պատճառ՝ իմ և իմ գլխավորած համալսարանի նկատմամբ Ձեր թշնամանքի դրսևորման. դա Ձեր հակառուսական էությունն է, որը Դուք երբեք չեք թաքցնի, անգամ Ձեր այժմյան կռացած և վասալային կեցվածքի տակ: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հայ-Ռուսական համալսարանի մեկնարկը տրվել է ՌԴ վարչապետ Պրիմակովի և ՀՀ վարչապետ Դարբինյանի ջանքերով և որոշումներով, վերջինս իր կյանքի լավագույն հատվածը նվիրել է համալսարանի կայացմանը, և այսօր հպարտ է գլխավորել Հայաստանի լավագույն համալսարանը, որը նաև մեր երկրների և ժողովուրդների եղբայրական կապի և դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների դրսևորման բացառիկ օրինակ է: Այս ամենը խորթ է Ձեզ, քանի որ Դուք անհաղորդ եք հայ-ռուսական բարեկամությանը, և ըստ ամենայնի ի սկզբանե ստացել եք Ձեզ կառավարող կենտրոններից այս եզակի հզոր կառույցի կազմաքանդման հրահանգ: Ապա իմացեք, որ ես դա Ձեզ երբևիցե թույլ չեմ տա:
Եվ վերջինը. հաշվի առնելով Ձեր հիստերիկ և անբռնազբոս խառնվածքը, որի մասին հանրությանը վաղօրոք տեղեկացրել էր ԱԱԾ արժանապատիվ սպա գնդապետ Համբարձումյանը, նրա հետնորդ Աբազյանը, որը ամենայն հավանականությամբ համաձայնվել է ծառայել Ձեզ որպես անձնական օգտագործման առարկա, այլևս ԱՆՁՆԱՊԵՍ է պատասխանում ՀՀ 7-րդ վարչապետ Արմեն Դարբինյանի անվտանգության համար:
