SOCIETYՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հետևյալ ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումն է արել.
«ՀՀ քաղաքացիների մուտքը Վրաստան հնարավոր է միայն COVID-19 դեմ պատվաստում ստանալուց հետո (երկու դեղաչափ), իսկ Վրաստանի քաղաքացիները Հայաստան կարող են մուտք գործել միայն Վրաստանի պատկան մարմինների կողմից տրված ելքի հատուկ թույլտվության պարագայում։
Մինչև մարտի 1-ը ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կարող են օդային ճանապարհով մեկնել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն հետևյալ պայմաններով՝
հարկավոր է ունենալ կորոնավիրուսի թեստի բացասական պատասխան (առավելագույնը 72 ժամ վաղեմության)՝ արված ստորև ներկայացված լաբորատորիաների կողմից: Թեստի արդյունքները պետք է մուտքագրված լինեն «Ճամփորդի՛ր առանց Covid-19» բջջային հավելվածում»։
