Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Ջալալ Հարությունյանը, ով նշանակվեց ՀՀ ՊՆ Ռազմական Վերահսկողության Ծառայության պետ կարծում է, որ հայկական բանակն իր առջև դրված խնդիրը կատարել է: Irakanum.am-ի հետ բացառիկ հարցազրույցում Ջալալ Հարությունյանը խոսել է իր դեմ կատարված մահափորձից, բանակի պարտության, իր նշանակման և այլ հարցերի շուրջ:

Պարոն Հարությունյան մեր զրույցը սկսենք Ձեր առողջական վիճակից: Ինչպես ե՞ք Ձեզ զգում:

Մինչ այդ հարցին պատասխանելը, նախ ցանկանում եմ իմ խորին ցավակցությունները հայտնել Արցախյան պատերազմում զոհված բոլոր զինվորների, պայմանագրայինների, ենթասպաների, սպաների և կամավորականների հարազատներին, նրանց մաղթել տոկունություն և ուժ: Առավել քան համոզված եմ, որ նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը պատվով էր կատարում իր առաքելությունը, ինքս եմ ականատես եղել նրանց կողմից կատարված բազմաթիվ սխրագործությունների:
Հիմա Ձեր բուն հարցի մասին: Դեկտեմբերի 4-ին դուրս եմ գրվել հիվանդանոցից, որից հետո մշտապես գտնվում եմ բժիշկների հսկողության ներքո, և երեևի թե երկու- երեք շաբաթ հետո լիովին կազդուրված կլինեմ և պատրաստ ծառայելու:

Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմից, և հատկապես նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթի ստորագրումից հետո, բազմաթիվ անգամներ հնչել են հարցադրումներ, թե ինչու՞ է լռում Ջալալ Հարությունյանը: Դուք լռում էի՞ք, թե՞ ասելիք այդ պահին չկար:

Ոչ թե լռել եմ, այլ ասելիք չկար, քանի որ ես զինվորական եմ, և այն ինչ այդ ընթացքում և դրանից հետո հայտարարեի՝ պարունակելու էր ռազմական և պետական գաղտնիք, իսկ ես մտադրություն չունեմ այդ գաղտնիքները հրապարակել, քանի որ այդ նյութերը կարդում են նաեւ մեր հակառակորդները՝ թուրքերն ու ադրբեջանցիները և ակամայից ստացվելու էր թշնամու ջրաղացին ջուր լցնել: Այդ իսկ պատճառով ես տրամադրված չեմ որեւէ պարզաբանում, կամ մեկնաբանություն տրամադրելու:

Ձեր նշանակումը ևս արժանացավ քննադատությունների: Սպասելի՞ էր, և ինչո՞ւ որոշեցիք ընդունել առաջարկությունն ու զբաղեցնել ՀՀ ՊՆ ՌՎԾ պետի պաշտոնը:

Ես զինվորական եմ, ոչ մի կուսակցական պատկանելություն չունեմ: Եթե ես ի վիճակի եմ այդ պաշտոնին նշանակվելով ծառայել հայրենիքին և տալ օգուտ, ապա կարծում եմ ճիշտ էր նման որոշում կայացնելը:

Այդ նույն քննադատությունների համատեքստում հնչում էր, որ նախընտրեցիք համագործակցել դավաճան իշխանությունների հետ:

Ես որեւէ քաղաքական պրոցեսների չեմ մասնակցում և ծառայում եմ բացառապես մեր երկրին, թե ով է պաշտոնի, և կամ ով ում է պաշտպանում ինձ համար երկրորդական է: Այդ սկզբունքով սկսել եմ իմ զինվորական ծառայությունը և այդպես միշտ շարունակելու եմ:
