«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Երեկ Արտաշատ քաղաքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շրջայցի տեսանյութից հետո մարդիկ բացահայտումներ արեցին՝ Փաշինյանին ողջունողների մեջ կրկնվող դեմքեր կային, նույն մարդը երկու անգամ էր բարեւում։ Իսկ Արտաշատի ոստիկանապետ Դավիթ Պետրոսյանը՝ սեւ ակնոցով, գլխարկով, քաղաքացիական հագուստով, որպես «ժողովուրդ»՝ ողջունում էր վարչապետին։

Մենք կապվեցինք Պետրոսյանի հետ, հարցին` ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանի իր կերպարանափոխությունը, նա ասաց. «Այո, ես եմ եղել: Ի՞նչ զարմանալու բան կա, բայց, էնտեղ, ինչի՞ կերպարանափոխվել, ես իրավունք ունեմ քաղաքացիական հագուստով ծառայություն կատարելու ու կատարել եմ»: Ձեզ ինչ-որ մեկը խնդրել-առաջարկե՞լ է այդպես հանդես գալ: «Ոչ, բացարձակ, ես էդ վարչական տարածքի բաժնի պետն եմ եւ ես իմ ծառայությունն եմ կատարել, ու զարմանալու, ինձ թվում ա, ոչ մի բան չկա՝ գլխարկ ա դրել, ակնոց ա դրել։ Գիտե՞ք` քայլում էլ եմ ես, շնչում եմ, հաց եմ ուտում, դրա վրա զարմանալու կարիքը ո՞րն ա, ես չեմ հասկանում․․․ Իմ կողմից սպասարկվող վարչական տարածքում ծառայությունը կատարելու ժամանակ բարեւում եմ վարչապետին, ի՞նչն ա տարակուսանքի առիթը, ես չեմ հասկանում․․․ որտե՞ղ ա գրված, որ ես իրավունք չունեմ քաղաքացիական հագուստով ծառայություն իրականացնելու»: Կադրերից տպավորություն է ստեղծվել, որ իշխանությանը դիմավորող «մասսովկան» եք ապահովել, մասնակցել եք էդ թատրոնին։ «Չէ, չէ, շատ սխալ տպավորություն է ստեղծվել, ես իմ ծառայությունն եմ կատարելուց եղել, վարչապետն անցնելուց ձեռքով բարել ա, ի՞նչ կա դրա մեջ»:
