«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ռուսական իշխանությունների մոտ փորձում է ինքնուրույն խաղացող երեւալ եւ տարանջատվել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից, իբր ոչ մի կապ չունի նրա հետ։ Բայց իրականում ամբողջությամբ գտնվում է Փաշինյանի ազդեցության տակ։ Նրան ամսվա ընթացքում պարբերաբար Երեւան են կանչում, իսկ նախորդ շաբաթ մասնավոր այցով մեկնել էր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն։ Մոսկովյան մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այցի հիմնական նպատակը Հարությունյանի՝ ՌԴ-ում այլ անձանց անուններով գրանցված բիզնեսների հետ կապված խնդիրներն են եղել։ Վերջին շրջանում Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ֆինանսական հարցերով իր հին ու նոր շրջապատին է դիմում՝ խնդրելով աջակցել Արցախին։ Այս ընթացքում նա տարբեր մարդկանց գումարներ է բաժանում, որ կարողանա պահպանել իր իշխանությունը։

Նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո Հարությունյանն իր դեմ ծագած հանրային խոր դժգոհությունը փորձում է նվազեցնել տարբեր ակտիվ անձանց պաշտոններ ու արտոնություններ տալով, պետական տենդերների ներգրավելով։ Մեզ ասացին, որ  Արայիկ Հարությունյան-Վիտալի Բալասանյան փոխհարաբերությունները գնալով դրամատիկ են դառնում։ ԱՀ նախագահն անընդհատ իր թիկունքում զգում է ԱԽ քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանի շունչը, ինչը ստիպում է շտապել իշխանության ամրապնդման հարցում։
