Shamshyan.com-ը գրում է. Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչ Մարատ Պողոսյանի որոշմամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի (ճանապարհային երթևեկության և տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է 2 կամ ավելի մարդու մահ) և 244 հոդվածի (ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի վայրը թողնելը, տրանսպրոտային միջոց վարող և ճանապարհային երթևեկության կամ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտած անձի կողմից ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 242 հոդվածով նախատեսված հետևանքների առաջացման դեպքում) հատկանիշներով:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված քրեական գործը հարուցվել է երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 11-ին, Սևան-Մարտունի-Գետափ ավտոճանապարհին տեղի ունեցած խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթարի փաստով, ինչի հետևանքով 3 հոգի տեղում մահացել էին, իսկ Mercedes-ի վարորդը մահացածներին թողնելով անօգնական՝ դեպքի վայրից դիմել է փախուստի:

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզել են, որ Ford Fiesta-ն վարել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Դդմաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ Գեղամ Սաֆարյանը, ով տեղում մահացել է, իսկ մյուս 2 մահացածները հանդիսանում էին նրա համագյուղացիները, հասակակից ամուսիններ, 37-ամյա Վահրամ Սահակյանն ու 37-ամյա Լարիսա Զախիտովան:

Պարզվել է նաև, որ փախուստի դիմած վարորդը հանդիսանում է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Շատվան գյուղի բնակիչ, 40-ամյա Տիգրան Լևոնի Աբրահամյանը, ով 2 երեխաների հայր է և աշխատում է Վարդենիսի սոցիալական ծառայությունում:
