«Ֆիլիպ Մորրիսը»-ը՝ Հայաստանի 2021 թվականի լավագույն գործատու

Արդեն հինգերորդ տարին անընդմեջ «Ֆիլիպ Մորրիս Ինթերնեյշնլ» ընկերությունը Top Employers Institute-ի կողմից ճանաչվում է որպես աշխարհում «Լավագույն Գործատու»։ Այս տիտղոսը ՖՄԻ-ի կատարած առաջխաղացման և զարգացման ճանաչումն է՝ որպես ընկերության փոխակերպման մի մաս, որն ընկերության համար ամուր դիրք է ստեղծում այլ կազմակերպությունների շարքում։ 

Հայաստանում այս տարի ևս, շնորհիվ իր աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ ցուցաբերած հոգատարության և նրանց համար ստեղծված լավագույն աշխատանքային պայմանների՝ «Ֆիլիպ Մորրիս Արմենիա»-ն երրորդ անգամ անընդմեջ արժանացավ «Լավագույն գործատու» 2021 տիտղոսին։ 

Top Employers Institute-ի «Լավագույն Գործատու» ծրագիրը ստեղծված է ճանաչելու լավագույն գործատուներին ամբողջ աշխարհում։ ՖՄԻ-ի մասնաճյուղերը Եվրոպայի, Մերձավոր Արևելքի, Աֆրիկայի ու Ասիայի 44 երկրներում նույնպես ճանաչվել են լավագույն գործատուներ։ 

«Լավագույն Գործատու» տիտղոսը տրվում է ընկերություններին՝ հիմնվելով շատ խիստ չափանիշների վրա, որոնք ուղղակիորեն կենտրոնանում են մարդկանց, նրանց կարիերան կրթության, պլանավորման, ներգրավման, ինտեգրացիայի, փոխհատուցումների ու առավելությունների միջոցով լավագույնս զարգացնելու վրա։

ՖՄԻ Ինտեգրված Տաղանդների Կառավարման Գլոբալ ղեկավար Ադրիան Շութերը նշում է․«Մենք հպարտ ենք լինել այս տարի Լավագույն Գործատու հավաստագրի ներկայացված կազմակերպությունների թվում։ սա խոսում է  ՄՌ գործունեության ոլորտում մեր շարունակական գերազանցության ու շամանակակից աշխատուժի կարիքները բավարարելու կարողության մասին։ Անծուխ ապագա ստեղծելու՝ «Ֆիլիպ Մորրիս Ինթերնեյշնլ»-ի տեսլականը խթանեց ամբողջ աշխարհում ընկերության 73 500 աշխատակիցների ցանկությունն ու էներգիան՝ դրական փոփոխություններ ստեղծելու չափահաս ծխողների համար, որոնք հակառակ դեպքում կշարունակեին ծխել»։

Որպես սերտիֆիկացման գործընթացի մի մաս՝ ՖՄԻ-ից պահանջվում էր ցույց տալ Մարդկային Ռեսուրսների անկախ աուդիտորներին, որ ընկերությունը գերազանց արդյունք է ցուցաբերել ՄՌ բոլոր վեց չափանիշներով՝ պատասխանելով 400 հարցի և ներկայացնելով հիմնավորումներ։ 

Ընկերությունը մեծապես կարևորում է իր աշխատակիցների բարեկեցությունն ու հոգ է տանում նրանց առողջության մասին կերտելով պատմություն։ «Ֆիլիպ Մորրիս Ինթերնեյշնլ»-ում հավասար են բոլոր աշխատակիցները․ և՛ տղամարդիկ, և՛ կանայք իրենց աշխատավարձը ստանում են հավասարության սկզբունքով։

Միջազգային ծխախոտային առաջատար ընկերությունը ձգտում է լինել լավագույն  գործատու: Հասարակության հետ համընդհանուր արժեք ստեղծելու մեջ վճռականություն ցուցաբերելու և մարտահրավերները կիսելու արդյունքում ընկերությունը վերջին տարիներին հիմնովին փոխել է բիզնեսի ուղղվածությունը և ձեռնամուխ է եղել ներքին տեխնոլոգիական վերափոխման։ Ներկայումս ընկերությունը կառուցում է իր ապագան՝ հիմնվելով գիտական խիստ գնահատման ենթարկված նորարարական արտադրատեսակների վրա։
