Ուկրաինան շահագրգռված է Թուրքիայի օգնությամբ իր պաշտպանական ներուժը ամրապնդելու հարցում: Այս մասին Anadolu գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է ֆինանսների նախարար Սերգեյ Մարչենկոն` ընդգծելով, որ Կիեւը ուզում է իր պաշտպանական-արդյունաբերական ներուժը առաջատար տեխնոլոգիական մշակումների միջոցով զարգացնել:
«Դուք գիտեք, որ Ուկրաինան դեմ է Ռուսաստանի կողմից զինված ագրեսիային: Այս հիբրիդային պատերազմում հաղթելու համար մեզ համար կարեւոր է զարգացնել նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաները»,- ասել է Մարչենկոն:
Բարձր գնահատելով պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության ոլորտում Թուրքիայի նվաճումները՝ նա նշել է, որ 10 տարիների ընթացքում երկիրը «ինովացիոն թռիչք» է գրանցել: «Ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի բարեփոխման թուրքական ուղին, որը բաղկացած է պետական եւ մասնավոր արտադրության համադրությունից՝ նորարարությունների ներդրմամբ, օպտիմալ է Ուկրաինայի համար»:
Մարչենկոն ընդգծել է, որ իր երկիրը պատրաստ է Թուրքիայի հետ արտաքին քաղաքական համաձայնագրերին եւ արտադրության տեղայնացմանը: Նա ասել է, որ ռազմաարդյունաբերական համալիրի ոլորտում ուկրաինա-թուրքական համագործակցությունը տարածվում է «ցամաքից մինչեւ տիեզերք»` ավելացնելով, որ երկու երկրներն արդեն իրականացնում են նախագծեր` ուկրաինական բանակը վերազինելու թուրքական Aselsan ընկերության կապի միջոցներով:
Հաջորդ քայլը, հավելել է նա, կլինի Akinci հարվածային ԱԹՍ-ի համատեղ արտադրությունը ուկրաինական «Իվչենկո-Պրոգրես» ընկերությունում: «Այս ծրագրի շրջանակներում ներկայումս մշակվում է Թուրքիայում եւ Ուկրաինայում արտադրությունը տեղայնացնելու նախագիծ: Գիտեմ, որ այնտեղ ոչ բոլոր հարցերն են լուծվել, բայց համոզված եմ, որ կողմերը բոլորի համար ընդունելի լուծում կգտնեն»:
Այս նախագծերը կամրապնդեն Ուկրաինայի անվտանգությունը եւ, ընդհանուր առմամբ, Սեւ ու Ազովի ծովերի տարածաշրջանի անվտանգությունը, ընդգծել է Մարչենկոն:
Անդրադառնալով երկկողմ տնտեսական կապերին՝ Մարչենկոն հայտնել է, որ Ուկրաինայում թուրքական ներդրումների ծավալը ներկայումս գերազանցում է 500 միլիոն դոլարը: «Փորձագիտական գնահատականների համաձայն, նրանց [ներդրումների] ընդհանուր ծավալը, հաշվի առնելով այլ երկրների բանկային կառույցների եւ համատեղ ձեռնարկությունների միջոցով ներգրավված ռեսուրսները, հասնում է 3 միլիարդ դոլարի»,- պարզաբանել է նա:
Մարչենկոն նշել է, որ Թուրքիան առեւտրի տեսանկյունից չորրորդ խոշորագույն շուկան է ուկրաինական արտահանման համար եւ աշխարհում մեծությամբ վեցերորդ գործընկերն է ապրանքաշրջանառության ծավալով՝ 2019 թվականին երկկողմ առեւտրաշրջանառությունը հասել է 5 միլիարդ դոլարի:
