«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոն ՀԿ ղեկավար, Արցախի նախագահի անվտանգության հարցերով նախկին խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանն անդրադարձել է ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անուշ Բեղլոյանի այն հայտարարությանը, թե մենք 30 տարի բանակ չենք ունեցել:

Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«Ազգային ժողովի իշխանական՝ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անուշ Բեղլոյանն այսօր հայտարարել է, որ «մենք 30 տարի բանակ չենք ունեցել»

Չգիտեմ, թե «մենք» ասելով սույն պերսոնը ում նկատի ունի, բայց մի բան պետք է միանգամից ֆիքսենք՝ վարչապետի գլխավորած քաղաքական ուժի ներկայացուցիչը հայտարարում է այն մասին, որ վերջին 3 տասնամյակում մենք բանակ չենք ունեցել ու չունենք։

Ես իհարկե նպատակ չունեմ լուրջ անալիզի ենթարկելու այս հայտարարությունը կամ վերոնշյալ սուբյեկտին, միայն ուզում եմ ԶԼՄ-ների իմ գործընկերների ուշադրությունը սևեռել այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ այս մասին խոսում է իշխանության ներկայացուցիչը և խնդրել, որպեսզի Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբին այս հայտարարության վերաբերյալ հարցումներ ուղղեն։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական թիմից բանակը, սպային, զինվորականին պատվազրկող հերթական հայտարարությունն է հնչել և բանակի ղեկավարությունը լռելու իրավունք ուղղակի չունի։

Օնիկ Գասպարյան, դուք, ձեր տեղակալները, ձեզ ենթակա մեծ թվով վարչության պետեր, տեղակալներ, բաժնի պետեր, զորամիավորումների, զորամասերի հրամանատարության ներկայացուցիչներ տասնամյակներով հայրենիքի պաշտպանության սուրբ գործն ենք կատարել։

Տղերք, հասկացեք, որ եթե չեք արձագանքում, թույլատրում եք սրանց, սրանց նմաններին անընդհատ թիրախավորել, վարկաբեկել մեր ընկերներին, մեր զոհված տղաներին և նրանց արածը, ապա դա պատվազրկում է մեզ բոլորիս, հարված հասցնում մեր պետականությունը խորհրդանշող բոլոր հիմնասյուններին։

Այլ է իրավիճակը, որ դրան արձագանքում եմ մենք՝ փորձագետներս, քաղաքական գործիչները կամ ուղղակի սրտացավ մարդիկ, այլ բան է, որ դրան արձագանքում եք դուք։

Պաշտպանության նախարար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտի ուսադիրներ եք կրում, մոտ 20 տարի առաջ էլ գլխավորել եք պաշտպանության նախարարությունը, ասելիք չունե՞ք, թե՞ նախընտրում եք լռել և կատարել Փաշինյանի կամքն ու անձնական նախընտրությունները։

Այսպիսի հայտարարության տակ դրված վտանգներից միայն մեկի մասին կնշեմ։ Պատկերացրեք իրավիճակ, որ երիտասարդը պատրաստվում է առաջիկա օրերին զորակոչվել բանակ, մեկ այլ երիտասարդ դիմել ռազմակրթական հաստատություն կամ ուղղակի մտնել պայմանագրային ծառայության։

Իշխանության ներկայացուցիչն ասում է՝ 30 տարի է բանակ չկա, հասկանում ե՞ք, թե ինչ ազդանշան է հղվում այդ մարդկանց։

Սա նպատակային քաղաքականություն է՝ բանակը փլուզելու, մեր երկրի անվտանգությունը ոչնչացնելու և երկիրը թշնամուն հանձնելու համար»։
