INTERVIEWՍոցիալ-տնտեսական լարվածությունը մեր երկրում առաջիկայում կպահպանվի և դրա համար կան մի շարք նախադրյալներ, այդ թվում՝ վիճակագրական ցուցանիշները: «Մակրոտնտեսական հիմնական գրեթե բոլոր ցուցանիշներում անկում ունենք: Մասնավորապես, առևտուրն է 14,7 տոկոսով անկում ապրել, ծառայությունները՝ 14 տոկոսով, շինարարության ոլորտը՝ 9,5 տոկոսով: Սրանք այն հիմնական ցուցանիշներն են, որոնք ձևավորում են մեր ՀՆԱ-ն»:
Այս մասին «Առավոտյան լուրեր Լիլիթ Թումանյանի հետ» հաղորդման «Հայացք. տնտեսություն» հատվածում ասել է «Հայացք» վերլուծական կենտրոնի փորձագետ Լիլիա Ամիրխանյանը՝ հավելելով, որ որոշակի աճ կա գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի ծավալներում և միջին աշխատավարձում: Ըստ Լիլիա Ամիրխանյանի` վերջինիս աճն առավելապես ապահովվել է պետական ոլորտի աշխատողների աշխատավարձերի աճով, ինչը ճգնաժամային կառավարման տեսանկյունից խնդրահարույց է:
Լիլիա Ամիրխանյանն անդրադարձել է նաև հոսանքի թանկացմանը՝ որպես տնտեսության ու նաև սպառողների համար լրացուցիչ բացասական ազդակ: Ըստ նրա` էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի ավելացումը որոշ իմաստով նման է գազի սակագնի ավելացմանը, երբ թանկացումն ուղղակիորեն չի առնչվում լայն սպառողին, բայց վերաբերում է տնտեսվարողներին:
«Սակագների թանկացմամբ, ավելանում է տնտեսվարողների պարտադիր պարտավորությունների բեռը, ինչն արտահայտվելու է լրացուցիչ թանկացումներով: Սա հերթական հարվածն է առանց այդ էլ վատ վիճակում գտնվող փոքր և միջին բիզնեսին, որի վերաբերյալ արդեն իսկ կան որոշ տեղեկություններ, թե նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում քանի բիզնես է դադարել գործել: Նույն առևտրի և ծառայությունների ոլորտների պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունը ևս փաստում է ոլորտի վիճակը»,- ասել է Լիլիա Ամիրխանյանը:
Խոսելով շարունակվող գնաճի մասին՝ փորձագետը նկատել է, որ ԿԲ-ն այս ուղղությամբ որոշակի գործողություններ է իրականացնում: «ԿԲ-ի կողմից վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքի բարձրացումը օրինաչափ գործողություն է, բայց որքանով այն կլինի արդյունավետ, դժվար է ասել: Այս գործողությանը զուգահեռ պետք է իրականացվեն հակաճգնաժամային համակարգված միջոցառումներ պետական մյուս գերատեսչությունների կողմից, ինչը չի նկատվում»,- նշել է Լ. Ամիրխանյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ դժվար է պատկերացնել, թե ինչպես ԿԲ ղեկավարությունը կարող է փոխգործակցության մեջ մտնել, օրինակ, Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի հետ, որն այս իրավիճակում չհիմնավորված լավատեսության և աճի մասին է խոսում:
