Հիշում եմ շատերը սուբյեկտիվ վերլուծություններ էին անում և ասում, որ Ռուսաստանի մեդիաոլորտում Ադրբեջանը առաջատար է։ Մինչդեռ գիտական հետազոտությունները ցույց են տալիս ճիշտ հակառակը՝ թե՛ 44-օրյա պատերազմի շրջանում, թե՛ առհասարակ 2020 թվականին։
Ռուսաստանի Արտգործնախարարությանը կից ՄԳԻՄՈ համալսարանի ավագ գիտաշխատող Ալեքսեյ Տոկարևը հետազոտություններ է անցկացրել ռուսական «Մեդիալոգիա» և ամերիկյան «LexisNexis» տեղեկատվական բազաների հիման վրա, որոնց շնորհիվ ստանում ենք ամբողջ պատերազմական շրջանի մեդիա պատկերը։ Առաջին հետազոտության արդյունքում ռուսական մեդիան տոկոսային հարաբերակցությամբ գրել է Հայաստանի մասին 61,8%, իսկ Ադրբեջանի ՝ 57,1 %։ Ստացվում է 4,7% ավելի։ Իսկ երկրորդ հետազոտությունների արդյունքում գրեթե 10% տարբերությամբ ՝ 50,1%/41,2% հարաբերակցությամբ` հօգուտ Հայաստանի։
Հայաստանին անդրադարձող էլեկտրոնային լրատվամիջոցների գերակշիռ մասը "ՌԻԱ Նովոստի" մեդիագիգանտի ենթակառուցվածքից է։ Հետևաբար կարելի է հետևություն անել, որ Ռուսաստանը իր ինֆորմացիոն քաղաքականության մեջ նախընտրությունը տվել է հայկական կողմին։
Եվ սա այն պարագայում, երբ ադրբեջանական պետական և Մոսկվայի մասնավոր բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչպիսին օրինակ Ֆուդ Սիթին է, տրամադրում են խոշոր գումարներ, որոնց շնորհիվ Մոկվայում գործում էին 7 ինֆորմացիոն գրասենյակներ։ Եվ յուրաքանչյուր հակահայկական հոդվածի համար նրանք պատրաստ են եղել վճարել 30․000 $ և նույնիսկ ավելին, կարևորը` նյութի հեղինակը լինի ռուս։ Եվ միայ պատերազմի շրջանում իրենց կոզմից ծախսվել է 20 միլիոն դոլլար։ Կարծում եմ` հասկանալի է դառնում` ինչու էին առաջ եկել կորոտչենկոները և կոռոտչենկայական ճանապարհով գնացող սկսնակ ռուս քաղաքական գործիչներ։
Չնայած ռեսուրսների հսկայական տարբերությանը` թե՛ պատերազմի 44 օրերի ընթացքում, թե՛ ծիրանային պատերազմի ընթացքում և թե՛ առհասարակ 2020 թվականին ադրբեջանական կողմը զիջում է։ Եվ չնայած, որ բոլոր գումարները ստանում և տնօրինում էր Մոսկվայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Փոլադ Բյուլբուլօղլին, միևնույն է ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներն իրեն անդրադարձել են անհամեմատ քիչ՝ 3390 անգամ, իսկ Հայաստանի դեսպան Վարդան Տողանյանին ՝ 4457 անգամ։
Հետազոտության նյութերով հետաքրքրված անձիք և լրատվամիջոցները, ովքեր ցանակնում են հարցազրույց անցակացնել հեղինակի հետ, կարող են գրել, կոնտակտները կտրամադրեմ, համաձայնությունը ունեմ։
