«Մոտ 15 օր առաջ լուր տարածվեց, որ ԱԱԾ հակաահաբեկչական հատուկ ջոկատի՝ «Ալֆայի» հրամանատարը փոխվել է, և նոր տնօրենի գալով՝ ԱԱԾ-ից կադրային արտահոսք է սկսվել, ազատման դիմումներ են գրվել: Նոր հրամանատար Արարատ Հովհաննիսյանն Աժ հայտնի պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանի հովանավորյալն է: Նախկին հրամանատարը հին աշխատող էր և որպես քաղաքական գործիք չէր ծառայի, ինչով էլ հենց պայմանավորված է եղել փոփոխությունը: Բայց այն ժամանակ ազատվողների մասին ինֆորմացիա չեղավ, և թվաց, թե թեման փակվել է: Պարզվում է, այս պատմությունը շարունակություն ունի:

«Ալֆայի» նոր հրամանատարին անձնակազմին ներկայացրել է ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ Սամվել Հայրապետյանը: Նա իր խոսքում մի տարօրինակ միտք է հնչեցրել՝ եթե հարկ լինի, պետք է ձեր գործառույթներից դուրս գործողություններ էլ կատարեք: Երբ Հայրապետյանը հեռացել է, ջոկատի ծառայողները փորձել են նորանշանակ տնօրենից տեղեկանալ, թե այդ ինչ արտակարգ գործողությունների մասին է խոսքը:

Նոր հրա­մանատարը բացատրել է, որ հիմա իշխանությունը 6-7 հարյուր հոգանոց մոբիլ ջոկատ է ձևավորում, որը պետք է քաղաքական զարգացումների ժամա­նակ դուրս գա փողոց, ճնշի հանրային բողոքի ակցիաները: Եվ նորանշանակը նկատել է՝ տնօրենի տեղակալը, հավանաբար, դա նկատի ուներ, որ դուք՝ որպես պրոֆեսիոնալներ, պետք է մասնակցեք այդ ջոկատի գործողություննե­րին, ներդրվեք այնտեղ և գործեք՝ պաշտպանե­լով իշխանություններին:

Այս հայտարարությունը զայրացրել է «Ալֆայի» հին ծառայողներին: Նրանք հայտարարել են, որ իրենք հակաահաբեկչական գործողությունների են սո­վոր և չեն մասնակցի իշխա­նություններին պաշտպանե- լու գործընթացին ու դուրս չեն գա ժողովրդի դեմ: Եվ այս խոսակցությունից հե­տո 4-5 հոգի ազատման դիմումներ են ներկայացրել: Մեզ ասացին, որ ազատման դիմում Են ներկայացրել «Ալֆայի» հրամանատարի երկարամյա ստաժով տեղակալը ու ևս 3 հոգի»,-գրում է թերթը:
