«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
Արցախում խոսում են, որ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի՝ վերջին շրջանի մոսկովյան հաճախակի այցերը մի նպատակ ունեն՝ ամրապնդել սեփական իշխանությունը եւ տարանջատվել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից։ Նա, ըստ լավատեղյակների, գիտակցում է, որ Փաշինյանի իշխանության վախճանը մոտ է, եւ նախապես ուզում է ապահովագրել իրեն, «թռնել» հեղափոխական լիդերի նավից, որում հայտնվել էր 2018-ին՝ կրկին «թռնելով» նախկինների ճամբարից։
Ռուսաստանում, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, արդեն հասկացել են, որ ուղիղ կարող են աշխատել Արցախի հետ, եւ Արցախը Ռուսաստանին դե ֆակտո միացնելու ճանապարհային քարտեզն արդեն մշակել են, այդ թվում՝ արցախցիներին ռուսական անձնագրեր տալու, Արցախի հետ տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության ուղիների, մատակարարման, վերակառուցման եւ այլ հարցեր եւս։ Սա ձեռնտու է նաեւ Արցախի նախագահին, ով հույս ունի դառնալ Ռուսաստանի համար ավելի վստահելի պարտնյոր, քան Փաշինյանն է, եւ իր պաշտոնավարումը երկարաձգել Ռուսաստանի միջոցով։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախի ՊԲ-ն լուծարելու մասին լուրերին, ապա Արցախում գիտեն ընդամենը, որ ՊԲ-ն վերանվանվելու է․ գուցե ինքնապաշտպանական կամ սահմանապահ զորքեր կոչվեն, սակայն գործառույթը նույնն է մնալու։
