2021թ. Հունվարի 14-ին՝ ժամը 23:59-ին, «Facebook.com» սոցիալական կայքում «Տիգրան Գևորգյան» անհատական տվյալներով գրանցված օգտատերն իր կայքէջում առերևույթ բռնության կոչեր պարունակող հրապարակում է կատարել՝ հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ. «Տպավորություն ունեմ, թե ոմանք ապատիայի մեջ են ընկել ու հաշտվել են պետական հաստատությունները զավթած թուրքական օկուպացիոն ադմինիստրացիայի գոյության փաստի հետ։ Ստեղծված իրավիճակի մեջ ոչ մի լավ բան, իհարկե, չկա, բայց հուսահատությունն էլ անհիմն է։

Դրանց ճակատագիրը կանխորոշված է․ իրենք պիտի սատկեն։ Հարցը միայն այն է, թե երբ ու ինչպես։ Եթե սատկացվեն արագ ու մեր ձեռքով, ապա երկիրը փրկվելու շանս կունենա, իսկ հակառակ դեպքում դրանց հենց թուրքերն էլ կսատկացնեն օգտագործելուց հետո, ինչպես բազմիցս արել են նախկին դավաճաններին։ Չգիտեմ՝ ով ինչպես, բայց ես չեմ պատրաստվում ինքս ինձ զրկել դավաճան սատկացնելու հաճույքից։ Ես կյանքում շատ երազանքներ եմ ունեցել և ունեմ, որոնց մասին գրեթե ոչ ոք չի իմացել ու չգիտի, բայց այսօր դրանք բոլորը երկրորդ պլան են մղվել, իսկ առաջին տեղում դավաճանի արյունը սեփական ձեռքերի վրա զգալու երազանքն է, և սա հենց այն երազանքն է, որը չեմ թաքցնում, որովհետև վստահ եմ, որ այն իրականություն կդառնա։ Երազանքներ ունենալը շատ կարևոր է հենց այսպիսի ծանր ժամանակներում։

Բոլորը պետք է ունենան երազանքներ, որպեսզի մեր երկիրը շարունակի ապրել։ Մարդը հոգեպես մեռնում է, երբ դադարում է երազել։ Այսօր մեր շուրջը շատ կան հոգեպես մեռած մարդիկ։ Հեգելի դիալեկտիկան հուշում է, որ հոգին կարելի է վերակենդանացնել մարմինը սպանելու միջոցով։ Հեգելի անունը տալիս եմ, որ հետո չասեք՝ դասախոս մարդ ես, քեզ չսազող բաներ ես գրում։ Կարող էի Նիցշեի անունն էլ մի ձև կպցնել այս թեմային, բայց չեմ անի։ ՄԱՀ ԴԱՎԱՃԱՆԻՆ»:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 226.2-րդ հոդվածի (բռնություն գործադրելու հրապարակային կոչերը, բռնությունը հրապարակայնորեն արդարացնելը կամ քարոզելը) 1-ին մասով, որն այսօր՝ 2021թ փետրվարի 2-ին, ստացվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին և ընդունվել վարույթ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
