Էրդողանը ցանկանում է նոր սահմանադրություն ունենալ

Թուրքիայի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցությունը եւ նրա ազգայնական դաշնակիցները կարող են սկսել աշխատել նոր սահմանադրության նախագծի վրա, նախորդ սահմանադրության վերանայումից չորս տարի անց, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը:
Թուրքերը 2017 թվականին կողմ էին քվեարկել սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին, ինչը հանգեցրեց երկրի անցմանը խորհրդարանականից նախագահական համակարգին՝ չնայած ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների եւ քննադատների ուժեղ հակազդեցությանը:
Էրդողանը 2018-ին նախագահ ընտրվեց նոր համակարգով՝ գործադիր լայն իշխանության կողմից, որը ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունները անվանել են «մեկ անձի ռեժիմ»:
«Միգուցե եկել է ժամանակը, որ Թուրքիան մեկ անգամ եւս քննարկի նոր սահմանադրությունը»,- ասել է Էրդողանը Անկարայում կառավարության նիստից հետո: «Եթե մենք փոխըմբռնման հասնենք մեր դաշինքի գործընկերոջ հետ, մենք կարող ենք մոբիլիզացվել մոտ ապագայում նոր սահմանադրություն ընդունելու համար»,- ասել է նա՝ հավելելով, որ ջանքերը պետք է լինեն «թափանցիկ եւ հասարակության համար մատչելի»:
«Անհնար է ջնջել հեղաշրջման եւ խնամակալության նշանները, որոնք ներմուծվել են սահմանադրության ոգու մեջ»,- ասել է նա՝ հավելելով, թե ինքը վրդովված է, որ նախորդ նմանատիպ փորձերը ձախողվել էին ընդդիմության պատճառով:
Էրդողանի խոսքերը հնչել են մի քանի շաբաթ անց այն բանից հետո, երբ ԺԴԿ առաջնորդ Դեւլեթ Բահչելին առաջարկել էր սահմանադրության մեջ փոփոխություններ կատարել, որոնք արգելում են քրդամետ «Ժողովրդի դեմոկրատիա» կուսակցության գործունեությունը:
«Սահմանադրության շուրջ աշխատանքը չի կարող իրականացվել ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության հետ կապված խմբերի ստվերում, այն մարդկանց հետ, որոնց մտավոր եւ հուզական կապերը իրենց երկրի հետ խզված են»,- ասել է Էրդողանը:
Թուրքիայի իրավապաշտպան խմբերը եւ արեւմտյան դաշնակիցները քննադատել են Էրդողանի օրոք աճող ավտորիտարիզմը, հատկապես 2016-ի պետական հեղաշրջումից հետո, որը հարուցել է լայնածավալ ռեպրեսիաներ նրա ենթադրյալ հակառակորդների դեմ պետական ծառայություններում, բանակում եւ այլուր:
