Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Արամ Ա Կաթողիկոսի ձեռամբ դեկտեմբերի 11-ին Անթիլիասի Մայրավանքում տեղի է ունեցել Հայ Եկեղեցու համալսարանական ուսանողների միության (ՀԵՀՈՄ) կազմակերպած Նոր տարվա ցուցահանդես-տոնավաճառի բացումը: Ցուցադրության ու վաճառքի համար ներկայացվել են հայկական արվեստի գործեր, ամանորյա զարդարանքներ, հայկական ուտեստներ, գինիներ եւ կոնյակներ, մրգեր, ձեռագործներ, տնային գործնական պիտույքներ եւ այլ զարդեղեն:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկոսության մամուլի դիվանից, բացման հանդիսությունն սկսվել է բարեգործական աշխատանքի գծով ՀԵՀՈՄ-ի  պատրաստած տեսերիզի ցուցադրությամբ, այնուհետև հայերենով բացման խոսք է ասել ՀԵՀՈՄ-ի ատենապետ Հովիկ Հակոբյանը, իսկ արաբերենով՝  Սինթիա Արաբկիրլյանը: Նրանք շեշտել են Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկոսության կողմից երիտասարդության հանդեպ ունեցած վստահությունը, ինչպես նաեւ այս ամանորյա ձեռնարկի բարեգործական բնույթի կարեւորությունը:< /span>

Վեհափառ Հայրապետն անդրադարձել է Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկոսության առաքելության մեջ ՀԵՀՈՄ-ի ունեցած դերին ու աշխույժ գործունեությանը եւ ապա կոչ ուղղել ներկաներին, որ զորավիգ կանգնեն լիբանանահայ բոլոր երիտասարդական միություններին ու քաջալերեն դրանց կողմից կատարված ազգանվեր ծառայությունները: Նորին Սրբությունն իր գնահատական խոսքն է ուղղել ՀԵՀՈՄ-ին եւ ներկաներին քաջալերել, որ մասնակից դառնան իրենց կատարած բարեգործական աշխատանքին:

Ցուցահանդես-տոնավաճառի գլխավոր նպատակն է կարիքավոր ընտանիքներին օժանդակելը եւ Նոր տարվա ուրախությանը բաժնեկից դարձնելը: Այս առումով տոնավաճառի մուտքին զետեղվել են երկու խոշոր տուփեր, որոնց մեջ ժողովուրդն իր սրտաբուխ նվերն (ուտեստեղեն եւ խաղալիք) է լցնում, եւ այդ բոլորը, հավաքվելով,  բաշխվելու է մեր ժողովուրդի կարիքավոր ընտանիքներին:
