Լրջագույն մտահոգության տեղիք են տալիս ծայրահեղ աջ ազգայնական «Թուրքական ազգայնական շարժում» կուսակցության և դրան հարող ծայրահեղական նեոֆաշիստական «Գորշ գայլեր» կազմակերպության մտադրությունները՝ որոշ նախագծեր իրականացնելու Արցախի Հանրապետության օկուպացված տարածքներում, մասնավորապես՝ Շուշի քաղաքում: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Արցախի ԱԳՆ-ն:

Հայտարարության մեջ նաեւ ասվում է.

«Պանթուրքիզմի և նեոֆաշիզմի գաղափարախոսություն քարոզող և ահաբեկչությունը որպես նպատակների իրականացման հիմնական միջոց օգտագործող արտաքին ուժերի ցանկացած ձևով ներկայությունը Արցախի օկուպացված տարածքներում ծայրաստիճան մեծ վտանգ է ներկայացնում ոչ միայն Արցախի Հանրապետության, այլև տարածաշրջանային և համաշխարհային անվտանգության համար:

Այն փաստը, որ այդ ուժերը օկուպացված Շուշիում իրենց նախագծերի իրականացման համար ստացել են Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության հավանությունը, վկայում է Անկարայի և Բաքվի՝ տարածաշրջանում և հարևան երկրներում լարվածության օջախներ ստեղծելու, ինչպես նաև ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ, համապարփակ, արդար կարգավորմանն ուղղված միջազգային հանրության ջանքերը խափանելու ծրագրերի մասին։

Ծայրահեղ աջ նեոֆաշիստական ուժերի տեղափոխումը Արցախի Հանրապետության օկուպացված տարածքներ, ինչպես նաև Արցախի դեմ զինված ագրեսիայի ժամանակ միջազգային ահաբեկիչների օգտագործումը ոչ միայն Արցախի ու Հարավային Կովկասի, այլև դրանց սահմաններից դուրս գտնվող տարածաշրջանների նկատմամբ Թուրքիայի ծավալապաշտական քաղաքականության նույն շղթայի օղակներն են։

Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի այս քաղաքականությունն արժանի է ամենախիստ դատապարտման և պահանջում է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը, շահագրգիռ կազմակերպություններն ու կառույցները համապատասխան անհապաղ քայլեր ձեռնարկեն` ուղղված նման ապակառուցողական նախաձեռնությունների կանխմանն ու կասեցմանը:
