SOCIETYՈրևէ բառ հիշո՞ւմ եք, որ ասել եմ՝ հաղթում ենք, ուշադիր եղեք, այնքան էմոցիոնալ եք, որ չեք վերլուծում: Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց Պաշտպանության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե մեղավոր զգո՞ւմ է, որ 44 օրվա ընթացքում կեղծ ինֆորմացիա է տրամադրել:
«Միջազգային մի կառույց պատերազմից հետո վերլուծեց 44 օրվա իմ ամբողջ հայտարարությունները: 44 օրվա ընթացքում 400 հրապարակում եմ ունեցել՝ մոտավորապես 170-ը եղել է «հաղթելու ենք»՝ ոչ թե հաղթում ենք, խիստ տարբեր բաներ են, և 160-ից ավել հրապարակումներ, որ ասել եմ՝ վիճակը շատ ծանր է, սա գոյության կռիվ է, հստակ ուղղության վրա նշվել է, որ ծանր վիճակ է»,-ասաց Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ քանի որ պարտվել ենք, բոլորի մոտ ծանր, էմոցիոնալ վիճակ է, դրանից հետո մարդիկ ուզում են գտնել դավաճաններ։
«Ցավում եմ, որ զինվորականներից եք ուզում դավաճաններ գտնել: Ինձ համար անհասկանալի են Շուշիում լիքը բաներ, անկեղծ եմ ասում, ես եղել եմ Շուշիում ամսի 6-ին, ամսի 7-ին, 8-ին և 9-ին, տրամագծորեն իրավիճակը փոխվել է Շուշիում՝ ըստ ՊՆ տեղեկությունների»,- ասաց նա:
Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ 44 օրվա ընթացում տեղեկությունները ստացել է բացառապես Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից, Գլխավոր շտաբից և Պաշտպանության բանակից:
«Պատերազմից անցել է 3-4 ամիս, ես ամեն օր ուսումնասիրում եմ առանձին դրվագները, բայց բաներ կան, որ իմ ուղեղում էլ չեն տեղավորվում՝ լիքը մարտական դրվագներ»:
Հարցին, թե բացառո՞ւմ է, որ միտումնավոր գնացել ենք պարտության, Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը պատասխանեց՝ զինվորականի ուղեղում նման բան չի կարող տեղավորվել:
Հարցին էլ, թե ասում են, որ դեպք է եղել, երբ ինքը եղել է Ստեփանակերտի տեղեկատվական կենտրոնում, բայց այնտեղից ասել է՝ գտնվում եմ Հադրութում, ու այստեղ ոչ մի ադրբեջանցի չկա, Հովհաննիսյանը պատասխանեց.
«Պարզ է, չէ՞, որ հեռախոսս անջատած Հադրութ եմ եղել ու Ֆիզուլի, հասել եմ Ստեփանակերտ, տվել եմ Հադրութի տեղեկությունը 20 րոպե հետո, ի՞նչ է, ես ասելու էի, որ հիմա Հադրութում եմ, որ արկը խփե՞ր ինձ, որովհետև հեռախոսը միացրած էի պահել: Տրամաբանական բաներ կան, ինչո՞ւ եք ուզում մարդկանց անհիմն մեղադրել: Երբ հայտարարում էի, որ Քարվաճառով եկա անցա, ու անվտանգ էր, ես գիտեի, որ իմ վրա անձամբ որս կա կազմակերպված, հետախուզությունն ինձ տվեց տվյալներ, որ անձամբ քեզ ուզում են խփեն: Երեք մեքենա, հեռախոս եմ փոխել, հեռախոսս թողել եմ այլ մեքենայի մեջ, այլ մեքենա եմ տեղափոխվել, որ չխոցեն ինձ»:
Կրկին անդրադառնալով այն հանգամանքին, որ 44 օր հանրությունը տպավորություն է ունեցել, որ հաղթելու ենք, սակայն հետո պարտվել ենք, Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը ասաց.
«Ի դեպ, ասեմ՝ որ օրը ես խոսել եմ ընկճված, խոսել եմ տխուր՝ կորցրած ընկերների, տարածքների պատճառով, անմիջապես զորքերից, հատկապես այն տեղամասերից, որտեղ ծանր վիճակ է՝ 6-րդ, 1-ին, 3-րդ պաշտպանակից, հյուսիսային դիվիզիայից, հարավային ուղղությունից, սպաներից անդադար զանգեր եմ ստացել, որ՝ խնդրում ենք, որ եթե նույնիսկ վաղը իրիկունը պետք է պատերազմը կանգնի, առավոտ մենք քո տված ոգով ենք զորքին տանում մարտի, դուխ տուր, ինչ ուզում է վաղը տեղի ունենա, խնդրում ենք այդպես մի խոսա»:
