Նաիրի Հոխիկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Բազմաթիվ նամակներ եմ ստանում մեր հայրենակիցներից, թե ինչ սպառնալիքներ եմ տեսնում փետրվարի 1-14-ը Կարս քաղաքի մոտակայքում կազմակերպվող թուրք-ադրբեջանական համատեղ զորավարժության առումով։ Արդյո՞ք Թուրքիան կհարձակվի Հայաստանի վրա։
Բնական է, որ 2020թ․ պատերազմից ու տարածքային, մարդկային կորուստներից հետո հայկական հանրությունը դեռ շոկային վիճակում է և չի կարողացել հաղթահարել այդ ճգնաժամը, հետևաբար թշնամու յուրաքանչյուր քայլի մեջ դավադրություն է տեսնում։ Ճիշտ է անում, բայց կան մի քանի գործոններ։
1․ Ներկա պայմաններում Թուրքիան կամ Ադրբեջանը չեն փորձի ռազմական ագրեսիա կիրառել ՀՀ միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված տարածքի նկատմամբ։ Նախ՝ Ադրբեջանը 2020թ․ պատերազմում կորցրել է իր զինտեխնիկայի մեծ մասը և դեռ չի հասցրել վերականգնել, ապա ՌԴ-ի հետ առճակատման գնալու համարձակություն չեն ունենա։
2․ ՀՀ սահմանին մեծածավալ զորավարժություն անելով՝ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը փորձում են վախի մթնոլորտը խորացնել հայերի մեջ՝ այդկերպ շարունակելով հոգեբանական ահաբեկչությունը մեր նկատմամբ։
3․ Պատահական չէ նաև հենց Կարսում՝ Գյումրիի հարևանությամբ զորավարժությունը։ Այդ հատվածում է տեղակայված ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազան, իսկ Թուրքիան և Ռուսաստանը, որքան էլ խոսեն համագործակցության մասին, մնում են մեծ թշնամիներ։ Թուրքիան Կարսի զորավարժությամբ հատուկ ուղերձ է հղում Ռուսաստանին՝ փորձելով սադրանքի մեջ ներքաշել վերջինիս։
Այսպիսով, ինքս կարծում եմ, որ Կարսի զորավարժությունը, որը նախկինում էլի է եղել, անմիջական սպառնալիք չի ՀՀ անվտանգությանը, բայց զգոնություն պետք է։
Չի բացառվում, որ թշնամին կփորձի սադրիչ քայլեր անել ՌԴ սահմանապահ զորքերի նկատմամբ, կրակել ՀՀ ուղղությամբ, իբրև թե պատահաբար սպանել հայի կամ ռուսի՝ հետո ներողություն խնդրելով։ Հետևաբար Թուրքիայի սահմանակից բնակավայրերում մեր հայրենակիցները, ինչպես նաև ռուս սահմանապահները պետք է առավել զգոն լինեն։ Այդպիսի փոքրամասշտաբ հնարավոր սադրանքներով կսահմանափակվի ՀՀ սահմանին թուրք-ադրբեջանական ուժի ցուցադրումը։ Ավելի իրական վտանգ է ներկայացնելու Նախիջևանում սպասվող զորավարժությունը։
Եթե ճիշտ են շրջանառվող տեղեկությունները, ապա գարնան վերջին խոշոր զորավարժություններ կլինեն Նախիջևանում, ինչը խիստ վտանգավոր կարող է լինել առաջին հերթին Իրանի, ապա ՀՀ-ի համար։ Մեր հարևան իրանցիները պետք է մտածեն այդ մասին՝ հաշվի առնելով ինչպես Արցախի հարավում տեղակայված ահաբեկիչների, այնպես էլ Նախիջևանի թուրքական զորքի գործոնը։ Դա, սակայն, այլ թեմա է։
