Մաշկի խնամքն առաջին հայացքից հեշտ է թվում. լվացվում ենք, մաշկը մաքրում տոնիկով, հետո կրեմ քսում։ Իրականում, սակայն, շատ աղջիկներ կոպիտ սխալներ են թույլ տալիս, որոնք արդյունքում անդրադառնում են իրենց արտաքինի վրա։ Թե որոնք են դրանք, Wnews.am-ը ներկայացնում է ստորև.
Մաշկի խնամքը պետք է սովորություն դառնա յուրաքանչյուր աղջկա մոտ այնպես, ինչպես ատամների լվացումն է։ Հենց որակյալ խնամքն է թույլ տալիս պահպանել երիտասարդությունն ու մաշկի թարմությունը։ Սակայն մեր կողմից հաճախ արվող սխալները կարող են խնամքն անարդյունավետ դարձնել։
Կոպերի լվացում. Որքան հաճախ ենք աչքերի դիմահարդարումը հանում լվացման համար նախատեսված միջոցներով։ Հավանաբար շատ հաճախ։ Նման մոտեցումը կարող է բերել կոպերի շրջանում չորության, ինչպես նաեւ այդ շրջանում մաշկի վաղ կնճռոտման ու ծերացման։
Բանն այն է, որ աչքերի շրջանում մաշկը դեմքի ամենանուրբ հատվածն է եւ մաշկի փոփոխությունները արտահայտվում են առաջին հերթին այս հատվածից։ Անգամ ամենանուրբ օճառային միջոցները չորացնում են մաշկը, այդ պատճառով էլ աչքերի դիմահարդարումը հեռացրեք միայն կաթիկով։
Կրեմի քսում
Շատ աղջիկներ կրեմը քսում են մաշկը չափից շատ տրորելով, իսկ նման մոտեցումը թուլացնում է մաշկը եւ բերում վաղաժամ ծերացման։ Իհարկե, 20 տարեկանում դա չեք նկատի, սակայն ահա 31-ում կզգաք բոլոր սխալները։Հիշեք, որ կրեմը պետք է քսել մատների ծայրերով հարվածելով մաշկին, այլ ոչ թե տրորելով։
Հակատարիքային կոսմետիկայի հանդեպ վախ
Հաճախ 25-ից, անգամ , 30-ից բարձր տարիքի կանայք չեն ցանկանում օգտագործել հակատարիքային բաղադրիչներով կոսմետիկա, քանի որ կարծում են, որ դեռ վաղ է։ Այս նախախնամությունը անպայման անդրադառնում է մաշկի վիճակի վրա։ Իհարկե, 25-ում եւ 30-ում վաղ է զինվել կոլագեն պարունակող կոսմետիկայով, սակայն հիալուրինային թթու պարունակող կոսմետիկան, կոսմետոլոգի մոտ համապատասխան կուրսեր անցնելը պետք է սովորություն դառնան։
Դիմակների հանդեպ նախախնամություն
Դեմքի կրեմների եւ կոսմետիկայի համար շատերը գումար չեն խնայում, իսկ ահա դիմակներին, չգիտես ինչու, քչերն են ուշադրություն դարձնում, գտնելով, որ դրանք կարող են լինե ցանկացած որակի, միայն թե լինեն։
Իրականում դիմակները կարող են լուծել մաշկի խնդիրները, որոնք չեն կարող լուծել կոսմետիկան եւ կրեմները։
