Քանի՞ քրեական հանցագործ ադրբեջանցի է մնացել ՀՀ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում. ռազմագերիներ հետ ստանալու` իշխանությունների միակ ռեսուրսը

«Դեժավյու» տելեգրամ ալիքի տեղեկացմամբ`թվով 5 հայ ռազմագերիներին ադրբեջանցիները փոխանակել են Անար Գիասի Մամեդովի հետ, ով իր պատիժը  2020 թվականի մարտի 14-ից կրում էր «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում 329-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի՝ պետական սահմանի ապօրինի հատում հոդվածով:

Հարթակը Datalex.am կայքից  տեղեկացել է, որ Մամեդովի հարցով վերաքննիչ վճիռը մտել է օրինական ուժի մեջ ու ֆիքսված է` կալանքը մնում է անփոփոխ:

«Հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչի հիման վրա, ինչ իրավական ակտով են ազատ արձակել Անար Մամեդովին և հատկապես՝ ինչո՞ւ են գաղտնի պահում նրան արտահանձնելու փաստը»,- նշում է աղբյուրը:

Սա արդեն երկրորդ դեպքն է,  երբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իրենց պատիժը կրող ադրբեջանցի քրեական հանցագործներին ՀՀ  իշխանությունները ազատ են արձակում անհայտ հիմքերի ու ընթացակարգերի առկայությամբ և ուղարկում Ադրբեջան` փոխարենը մի քանի հայ ռազմագերիներ ստանալով։

Ընդգծենք` խոսքը դատարանի օրինական վճիռը ուժի մեջ մտնելու պարագայում իրենց պատիժը ՀՀ-ում կրող քրեական հանցագործների մասին է։

Ռազմագերիների վերադարձման առաջին փուլում մեր իշխանությունները Ադրբեջանին վերադարձրին պետական սահմանը ապօրինի հատած, մի քանի անձի, այդ թվում՝ քարվաճառցի անչափահաս Սմբատ Ցականյանի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ու իրենց պատիժը Շուշիի բանտում կրող դիվերսանտներ Դիլհամ Ասկերովին և Շահբազ Գուլիևին, ում նկատմամբ ավելի բարեգութ էին գտնվել, քան մեր հարյուրավոր զինվորների, և Շուշիից հապշտապ տեղափոխել էին Հայաստան։ Հենց «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ից էլ նրանց ուղարկեցին Ադրբեջան։

Չգործեց, սակայն, «բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց» սկզբունքը, և այս պահին մենք դեռ 235 ռազմագերի ունենք Ադրբեջանում` ըստ ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Դավիթ Շահնազարյանի տվյալների, որն, ի դեպ, մինչ օրս հերքված չէ։

Բոլորս ենք հիշում, թե տարիներ ի վեր Ադրբեջանը ինչ դիվանագիտական ու այլ ռեսուրսներ էր ծախսում նրանց վերադարձնելու համար, սակայն այդ հարցը երբևէ քննարկման առարկա չի դարձել։ Եվ միայն այժմ իր օրոք Հայաստան վերադարձված ռազմագերիների քանակով հպարտացող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ով, իհարկե, «մոռացել է», որ հենց իր օրոք են ամենաշատը ռազմագերիներ հայտնվել Ադրբեջանում,  հենց ամենասկզբում հանձնեց իր զինանոցի «Իսկանդերներին»` փոխարենը չստանալով գրեթե ոչինչ։
