Պատկերացնու՞մ եք, թե ինչ ողբերգություն է ապրում Բադասյանը, ում ողջ կյանքը, նպատակը, մի ոչնչության և իր ոչինչների թիմի «ջանքերի» շնորհիվ կործանվեց,- հայտարարել է իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանը։

Նրա գրառման մեջ ասվում է.

«ՀԱՐՅՈՒՐ ՏԱՐԻ ԱՆՑ

Վահան Բադասյանը կալանավորվեց։ Մարդ, ով իր ողջ կյանքը նվիրել էր Արցախի ազատագրմանը։ Պատկերացնու՞մ եք, թե ինչ ողբերգություն է ապրում նա, ում ողջ կյանքը, նպատակը, մի ոչնչության և իր ոչինչների թիմի «ջանքերի» շնորհիվ կործանվեց։ Վահան Բադասյանը, լինելով ընդդիմադիր գործիչ, չեմ հիշում, որ իր խոսքում երբևէ բռնության կոչ աներ, հայհոյեր։ Այո, նա չդիմացավ և ասաց այն, ինչ շատ շատերը երազում են, որ կատարվի։ Հայրենիքի կորստից հետո, Վահան Բադասյանի համար այլևս միևնույնն է, թե իրեն կկալանավորեն, կդատապարտեն, կգնդակահարեն։ Եվ համոզված եմ, որ նա հենց մտածված խոսեց, քանի որ չէր կարող լռել։

Իհարկե, շատ անհայրենիք ,մորթապաշտների համար անհասկանալի են այդ զգացմունքները և նրանցից շատերը դեմքի խելոք արտահայտությամբ կբարբաջեն․ «Ինչպես կարելի է, սա բռնության կոչ էր և Վահան Բադասյանը պետք պատժվի օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ», իհարկե «մոռանալով» իրենց կուռք-բռնապետիկի բռնության կոչերը․ «Կոչ եմ անում վրեժի», նրա խունվեյբինների սպառնալիքները նույնպես։
